I do not leave many reviews, especially bad ones, but this visit really irked me. I ordered a 6 and a 10 piece nugget. I selected a total of 3 sauces…wasn’t in the bag. Not a big deal, happens alot unfortunately. Then I noticed an extra nugget container, opened it up, and it was full of some kind of sauce just dumped in it. I wish I could attach the picture to this review. This is after seeing a McDonald’s employee at this location physically fight a customer in the parking lot a couple months ago. I think the customer did deserve it though.

This was hands down the best McDonalds I’ve been to. The guy taking my order was super friendly and extremely helpful. The food was ready as I came to the window even though I made adjustments to my sandwich. You’d think it was done too fast so something has to be wrong right? Noooo my order was perfect and so delicious!!!! Lovely staff and phenomenal service! Thank you!

I ordered pickup on the app, it says open 24/7. I showed up on Saturday at 12:45 AM. There was a line of cars so I sat and waited. The car in front of me eventually have nobody take her order. Around 1:15 an employee comes out and says “why are you all sitting here, we close at 1 am”. I had already placed my order, sat there for 15 minutes, and was told they were open 24/7. When I told the employee I was there already and had a mobile order, he said tough luck. What an absolute joke. I had to drive to another location, took me over an hour to get McDonald’s. Avoid this location at all cost, horrid customer service and lies.
After contacting McDonald’s corporate and the owner of this location, they were unwilling to provide anything to make this right. It’s no surprise that poor customer service births more bad customer service. It seems that this issue isn’t isolated to a few employees at this location, rather fed top down.

I did work from home for over five years. Now I have to work in my office so I stopped here now 3 to 4 times a week. That’s my roommate and I both the egg McMuffin is more often than not correct. However, sometimes I get a biscuit or McMuffin sausage egg, and cheese and at least half the time it’s incorrect. Today was no egg. The lady that works. The window is so rude. I’ve heard her yell at her boss that She needs a break. I’ve heard her complain about customers couple times. I laughed it off with her how she thinks it’s funny. I don’t understand. Food is expensive these days if I’m gonna order something I want it correct. Today I want to check my food because it’s always often so wrong and I had some person behind me beeping

Their machine didn’t give me a receipt. The cashier said he couldn’t find one in his system. They forgot about my meal even though I told him. Do you remind them? So I stood there until I had to shout at someone and say. Hey, excuse me, can you get my meal in? The guy was gonna nasty about it like if I was bothering him. Machine didn’t have ice. So my mom ordered my food through her app at that store and it took a while for it to go through I had to show the manager in my screenshot and explain to him that it’s not through my app. My Mother and I showed him it was at the correct store and he told me that it didn’t go through his system saying I gotta the phone gotta be at the store which is a LIE!!
and the manager was telling me that the phone gotta be at the store that is a lie because I’ve ordered recent before at any other McDonald’s through a mobile order and then I can go pick it up. I placed my order through the app because it showed the restaurant was open. I arrived at the drive-thru around 6 AM, but no one responded. I went to the window and waited a few minutes, then the manager came and told me they were closed, even though the store is supposed to open at 4 AM

This is the only place I’ve loved, compared to other branches. The other McDonald’s around University don’t serve any good. They don’t even see you arrive and don’t even take your order. Everything is fine here. We need more people like that in the restaurant.

Horrible! horrible services! They had me waiting forever for a pickup and never waited on me. I had to demand the staff member to hand me my pickup order that was sitting there behind the counter. Armando and the other guy were horrible, they rolled their eyes when I asked for assistance. Do not come to this location.

This is a good McDonalds. I order on the app go pick it and it’s ready. I live less than 5 minutes down the road. Drive thru is always moving and I alway have a parking spot for my motorcycle right next to outside tables where I like to eat
