The food was good had to wait longer because they forgot half of my items. I was looked at crazy for asking for the other half of my meal. It was not busy at all. the store is absolutely disgusting looks like it hasn’t been cleaned since night shift. There are Flys all over the restroom. Every single trashcan was overfilled. I am not one to write reviews but this was one of the most disappointing experiences I have had here.

If I’m not DoorDash my food to my house I’m ordering online or on the app so when I get to the store of foods ready, especially if I’m running to work it’s always hot and fresh never had no complaints. I do really good at this location.

The food was great. It was the point of having to ask for the things that was left off. I got an attitude for asking for things I paid for. The store was horrible. There was no napkins, ice or lids in the dining room, all the tables had disgusting food under them, also mold in the drink station

Used to be great and generous with portions, but unfortunately that has ceased to be the case for a good while now. Barely any meat or other toppings in any of the tacos, burritos, etc.
Cheesy gordita crunch tonight had 1/2 a scoop, at best, of beef, with less cheese than that. I’ve never seen one of these be able to fold flat from a complete lack of filling, until tonight.
5 Layer burrito was basically the same, and Nachos BellGrande my daughter got were also very much lacking for anything to go with the chips.
Used to love this Taco Bell, but it has degraded into total crap over the last six months. Save your money and eat anywhere else.

Head phones in the drive thru, not friendly at all.. Order: loaded nachos, no beans, extra meat, and jalapeños.. I’ll let you guys decide how terrible my service was.. No jalapeños, no extra meat.. I know I pay extra for that stuff do better!!! Then when you call to get it fixed noone answers the phone..

Food has been great the last 2 times. Quick and fresh. Only complaint is how messy the inside has been both times. When we came in employees had no orders so we’re taking a moment to rest which is completely but at some point cleaning needs done because not one table was wiped down and stuff all on the floor. Bathrooms I wouldn’t even use.

Staff was very rude they butchered the entire 40 dollar order didn’t put any of the extra cheese or the other stuff and they didn’t want to give what we paid for.Deserves zero stars. Had an order on the app. Part of my order was a protein bowl. I added extra cheese on 2 separate spots for each bowl and was charged on each spot. Picked up order had a strawberry lemonade. Was handed an empty glass. I told her it was the sb lemonade and she said I know it. I ask can I get that over there ( pointing to soda machine) she said no. Turned to walk off. I asked can you get it for me she said I guess. I checked and saw there was no extra cheese and it looked horrid and one was missing lettuce added steak there was maybe 2 pieces on one order and maybe 2 pieces of chicken on the other. I wouldn’t recommend that place to anyone. she said I was a liar there was extra cheese and it is added to the bowl not put on side but there was hardly any cheese on it.
