Really good food. Simple but fantastic. Had the huevos rancheros. Not super expensive or over done. Just a relaxing good meal that was done well. Analia I believe was our waitress. The very nice French lady. Exceptional customer service.

Stellar must do brunch spot. We stopped on our way between aspen and crested butte for the grand traverse. Soo many options on both the sweet and savory sides. Go with the Smithy 7 option. I did classic eggs with rye toast so I could try the house made raspberry jam. The lemon bread french toast was the star of the show and is a must order. Great enclosed patio made for a perfect morning. The vegan of our group raved about the tofu scramble as well – a win for everyone!

We came here for a late breakfast and were not disappointed. Had to park on the street due to not beating the breakfast rush, which was also followed by a brief wait for our table. Orange juice was good, however the coffee was a bit too bitter for some of the members in our party. The lemon bread French toast was irresistible, and they give you an option of fresh fruit which was also delicious. Others in my party enjoyed their seasonal pancakes (peaches this time around) as well as Belgian waffles.

We came from Aspens festival to hopefully get something a little cheaper and more filling and we definitely succeeded. This meal was delicious, the staff were so absolutely friendly. Highly recommend stopping by here for some great eats and great prices. We had about 15 minutes of waiting but so worth it.

We ordered Balsamic avocado toast – This was soo yummm
and farmers omlet – was way cheesey for my husband’s liking so we also ordered the buttermilk pancakes which we enjoyed so much that I forgot taking a picture of it.

I have come to this restaurant for the past two days and the service here is outstanding. I want to especially praise 3 delightful, hardworking waitresses that all deserve raises so you can keep them. They are Haven, Martha, and Brenda. They all 3 went out of their way to make sure everything was great for me. I will be back to this wonderfully delicious place . Thanks for being here, Dr. Sally Torkos.

This place was extremely good the server Nate gave my daughter extra Pickles with her grilled cheese which were delicious. My chile rellano was nutritious and yummy . The raspberry jam was fantastic. Our waiter should definitely get a raise with his funny jokes and nice personality.

I highly recommend Village Smithy for not only dining at their restaurant and their coffee but also for their catering services. Jared and his staff members are all so kind and helpful. All their food and drinks are AMAZING, no matter the dietary restriction. We were blown away when we did a tasting. We met Jared and his staff, including his daughters working at the restaurant, tasted his delicious cooking for the first time, and heard more about the restaurant’s history, how they source bread from a Denver bakery, and roast their own coffee beans. Our wedding guests were absolutely raving about the food to us afterwards. Jared wrapped up all the leftovers for us and made sure our wedding day went as smoothly as possible.
