Went to buy breakfast sandwich #24 only. Paid in cash.
Received…something smashe, cold, and dry. Immediately went to return it and was told “thats just how it looks”. It was a single piece of bacon broke in half, barely any egg, a single piece of ham so thin cut it was see through, unmelted cheese on a dry smashed sourdough bun. For $7.19!!
The store was not busy, it was about 630 on the working. And the older male cashier was snippy. I didn’t even take a bite and I asked for my money back. I didn’t yell or curse.

Food was old, took them extremely long to fulfill an online order that was placed in advanced. Told us to re-enter the drive thru since they didn’t have it ready. No straws, napkins, or sauces. In short, took long and didn’t get our order right. Will not be revisiting.

I’ve been going to this location on occasion for decades. It seems. Generally one of the more consistent Jack in the Boxes because you can tell by how hot and fresh the fries are.
I do not know about everybody else’s experience but I’ve really been disappointed. The service is pretty good, if you want to cut your soda with some plain soda water and they will do it for you. Pretty easy on and off with the freeway, and there’s a cheap gas station across the street, one of the cheapest around. So you can gas up, and well gas up.

I did a mobile order and picked up in the drive thru. The staff was so so friendly and peppy. Loved to see it.
However, the parking lot is scary. Homeless all over, garbage everywhere, the asphalt itself of the parking lot is basically one giant pothole.
Most importantly, my food was disgusting. I ordered 2 tacos and 2 jumbo jacks. The tacos had slimy lettuce and were really cold and soggy. They must have been sitting there for hours. The jumbo Jack’s were wrapped in a jumbo jack paper wrapper, but the size of them was a basic kids size hamburger. I Estee jack in the box all the time, and I’ve never had such horrible experience with the freshness and accuracy of food.

Don’t often leave reviews, I couldn’t avoid it here. Just left drive thru: had to eat my fries right away cause they were so cold and stale that my 5 minute drive home would have them being inedible. Sandwich is good. Got a large grape sprite with no ice. Yes there was no ice, though dude only filled the cup halfway to compensate for the no ice. I’m fudgeing pissed. Avoid this JIB’s drive thru around 8-9 pm on Tuesdays if you want a decently civil meal that’s what you ordered.
