This place is pretty much top notch for all the times I’ve been here. What i don’t get is WHY, when there is not one person behind you in line, they send you to the waiting parking spots… Well, let me back up, it’s prolly for their score as a store on how quickly they get people through the drive thru. But why do i have to park elsewhere to wait on them to walk it out? If i wanted that, i would’ve ordered counter not drive thru. Grrr!

This McDonald’s is a complete failure of basic operations I only chose 2 go here 4 being near my job,so I assumed grabbing breakfast here would B convenient
that was a huge mistake.
Twice now my orders have been canceled after payment went through once because they “no longer carry” bagels, and another time because they supposedly ran out of steak breakfast items plus no more buffalo sauce.
The manager is shockingly unprofessional and clearly unqualified 2 run a restaurant.
Orders R constantly canceled because they “run out” items during breakfast hours.
Poor inventory management and zero regard 4 customers time make this location completely unreliable.
I’m now forced 2 drive 2 another McDonald’s, leaving my food cold by the time I get 2 work all because this store can’t manage basic operations.
There is no accountability, no effort 2 resolve issues, just excuses and attitude. This location gives the brand a bad name and feels more like a disorganized mess than a functioning business.
This McDonald’s demonstrates such consistent operational failure and managerial incompetence that it should not B offering online ordering at all, as it repeatedly takes customers’ money without the ability or apparent willingness 2 fulfill orders.
This location’s repeated inability 2 fulfill paid online orders reflects serious deficiencies in inventory control and management oversight, raising legitimate concerns about its operational standards and suitability 4 offering digital ordering services.
Avoid this place unless Ur ok w/ wasted money, wasted time, and zero customer service.

Asked for the bathroom code. Woman rolled her eyes gave me the most hated look and went to punch in the code. Lucky she didn’t punch me. I said Thank you. She looked like she wanted to punch me again. Vile employee. Do better McDs.

When your just starting your day out, and go for breakfast, the last thing you really want to deal with is, “we just aren’t ready for breakfast” pulled up, got the, will you be using your mobile app, then nothing, someone pulled next to me, and decided to take their order instead, now I ordered nothing fancy, four sausage egg mcmuffins, paid, got to the second window, and get, please pull to #2, WTH, SERIOUSLY!! ok, waited awhile, got my food, left, a word to the managers, prep your crew, have everything ready to go, its fast and easy food, shouldn’t be anything more!

The McDoubles from this location were exceptional. Not being hyperbolic when I say that they were the best I’ve ever had.
I was in Orange County for work and stopped here on my way to John Wayne airport. I often get 2 McDoubles as a quick meal while traveling, and thus consider myself an expert on McDouble quality. These were so well made I felt I must let the world know.

Ordered breakfast on the app before cut off time, I was charged, arrived less than 30mins later to pick up my order, but it was slightly after the 10:30 cut off time. We were told “we got rid of your order because you weren’t here on time”. What is the point of ordering ahead then… I already paid you and had my order submitted, just make my food when I order it and give it to me, your job isn’t that hard. Not to mention, there is not one thing on their or website that states you have to PICK UP before cut off time. Such a waste of time and poor customer service.

I stopped by for breakfast this morning and was really impressed with the service I received from Cynthia. She greeted me with a warm smile, took my order quickly, and made sure everything came out just right. Even though it was a busy breakfast rush, she stayed calm, friendly, and attentive. It really made my visit start on a positive note. Great customer service like hers deserves to be recognized—thank you Cynthia for making my morning better!

One of the better McDonalds out there with the double drive through line. Only 3 stars because other than their breakfast and French fries there aren’t many redeeming items in my opinion. Pro tip on breakfast: They recently added bacon on the menu on the McGriddle, so if you’re getting a McMuffin sub out the pointless ham slice and get yourself a nice couple pieces of bacon instead.
