Had a great meal here. I didn’t realize it was happy hour in the burger that I wanted which was $17 regularly was only $9. I got to tell you it’s one of the best burgers I’ve ever had in my life and I’m not particularly a burger guy. It was so good I want another one. Didn’t have the beer I wanted so he let me sample something else does look very good but it wasn’t going to pair with that burger after I had a bite of it so I ordered something else. That too was tapped out so he gave me something else which I didn’t like some MKE beer I had just a separate and he gladly returned it for me and gave me something else which was wonderful. I didn’t realize my bill was under $20 – I didn’t notice the price until I got home or I would have tipped them more than 25%. I got to go back and get this guy some more money. I forgot your name I’m sorry but you’re the big guy with glasses and you cleanee off a high top bar table for me February 15th about 2:15 p.m. thanks! The only drawback of the wooden chairs which surprisingly weren’t terrible but for a little tiring after being there an hour or so

I stopped here for the first time recently- Saturday afternoon around 4:30. It was pretty quiet- after brunch and before dinner. There is plenty of seating near the bar and in the dining room in back. We were seated quickly. Our waitress sauntered over about 10 minutes later. I don’t think she had any other tables to serve- perhaps one since it was very quiet. Our drinks were slow to arrive, too. We ordered burgers which arrived quickly. I ordered the onion burger with sweet potato fries. My burger was literally dripping grease and butter. The sweet potato waffle fries were warm, but not hot. I can’t complain too much because I ate it all! ♂️ Another waiter brought drink refills. The restaurant was moderately clean. Better service, higher quality food, slightly lower prices, and a little extra cleaning effort would really make this place pop.

First time at this location. I’ve found the other locations to be good, but not great. This one, however, was easily the best experience of all three.
It’s on a busy street with parking out front (and a public lot around the corner). There are patio tables in front, plus a large patio behind the building. Inside, the décor is casual and relaxed.
We were seated right away. Our server did a great job getting us set up with waters, drinks, and menus. We took a while to place our order (we were lost in conversation), but the server was pleasant and patient throughout. We ended up ordering a couple of burgers: I got the OK Burger, and my friend the Fried Onion Burger. I also asked to have my smash patties cooked a bit longer for those crispy edges.
While waiting for the burgers, we shared an order of Cheese Curds — beer-battered white cheddar. They were just okay, nothing special, and could have been cooked a little longer. My OK Burger, on the other hand, was excellent, and cooked exactly as I asked, with crisp edges. The side salad was solid as well. The burger was a generous size, but I managed to finish it all.
Overall, a very good experience. Great service (thanks, Jack), an excellent burger, and a relaxed atmosphere. Easily the best of their locations. I’ll definitely be back.

Awesome cheese curds . The only thing I would suggest is that for $12 the portion should be larger . We went to the Old Fashion in Madison the next day voted # 1 Fried Cheese curd in WI . There for $10 you get a larger portion and it’s a high end restaurant right at the capital . Other than that it was an awesome place . Fancy chicken sandwich was amazing and great happy hour .

We were seated right away at a picnic style seating, (in the bar area, big table and bench seats, more comfortable than i thought it would be!)
Our server was quick and polite, I unfortunately didn’t catch his name. He was great!
The food was fantastic! We had 3 teen boys with us and 1 just kept saying “this is my favorite restaurant!”
Everything we ordered was so good, we all want to go back soo to celebrate HS graduation.
Would highly recommend a visit!

I can’t recommend the Crafty Cow enough! The food and drinks were fantastic, but what really stood out was the outstanding service. We met friends there on a Saturday morning for brunch to celebrate becoming first-time grandparents, and our server/bartender, Alex, was absolutely amazing. She was attentive, made great food recommendations (which we loved), and even took the time to congratulate us on our exciting news.
But she didn’t stop there—just as we were getting ready to leave, Alex surprised us with the most thoughtful new baby card, a heartfelt message, and a gift card from the Crafty Crew. It was such a generous and meaningful gesture, and truly above and beyond what you’d expect. What a wonderful way for a business to make their customers feel special. Thank you, Crafty Cow!

I’ve heard the name many times but I’ve never stopped in to check it out. Was out with a group of friends on the motorcycles and we decided it looked like a great option to grab a quick bite. For starters the bloody was pretty good, could use a little more toppings but overall pretty good. The absolute best thing I had and I will come back just for this alone was the hot honey cheese curds. These were absolutely incredible! Fluffy dough almost like a funnel cake and the cheese was on point, the hot honey was something it would not expect but it was one of the best I’ve ever had with a cheese curd! I had an OK burger and it was cooked to perfection! Everything was exactly how I asked and it absolutely delivered! I tried some of my friends mac and cheese and it was ok, I definitely think it could have used some more different cheeses. With that size plate I couldn’t eat it all because the flavor was boring to me. She enjoyed it and she loves mac and cheese so it’s something you’ll have to try for yourself. The atmosphere was pretty cool, lots of space, many tables and places to sit at the bar. The pricing and service was fair, nothing to complain about.

Let’s start with the awesome staff! My husband and I came here in between games of a basketball tournament for a quick appetizer. We knew the staff were our kind of people immediately, super welcoming and friendly and fun to talk to.
We were recommended a seasonal appetizer by the couple next to us. I can’t remember the name, but it was incredible! Basically, the ingredients of a pickle roll chopped up and rolled into a wonton wrapper and deep fried, then served with an incredible smoky, sweet sauce. They were awesome.
We each had an awesome craft cocktails and chatted with the bartenders for about an hour. We were sad we couldn’t stay for dinner because the couple next to us was raving about their entrees. We will absolutely be back!

Love this place!
Crafty Cow is my go-to spot for a good burger and I don’t even usually like burgers! This is honestly the only one I truly enjoy, and it’s always a hit when we go with the family.
We also love our usual server, Ryan he’s super upbeat, friendly, and somehow always remembers us, which makes the experience even better and makes the whole experience feel personal and fun.
If you’re in the Oconomowoc area, it’s definitely worth trying. Highly recommend! 5 stars
