Used the mobile app to place an order ahead of time, why bother. With only four cars ahead on me in the drive thru to pick it up I waited 30 mins. Once you’re in the drive thru line you can’t leave it as there is just a curb and drainage ditch next to it. When I reached the window I was not greeted in anyway, instead the window was just slammed in my face. After a minute or two they open it and hand me a bag that’s taped shut with my order printed on the side along with my name. When I get home every single item I ordered is missing (Mexican pizzas, crunch wraps, cinnamon twists, literally not even a sauce packet) instead it’s a bag of beef burritos. (I don’t eat beef.) so after 30 mins, and $34 I have nothing to eat. I didn’t plan on writing a review at all, however I’ve sent 4 complaints and requested a refund in the app without any reply.

Consistent Inconsistency
My experience at this particular Taco Bell can be summarized in one word: consistency. Unfortunately, it is consistently bad.
Every visit is a gamble, where the odds are heavily in favor of something being missing, incorrect, or lukewarm. It’s reached a point where checking the bag before pulling away from the drive-thru is no longer a recommendation—it’s a requirement. This level of regular error suggests a systemic issue with training and quality control, not just an occasional mistake.

The Sauce Incident: A Hot Mess
Today’s visit perfectly illustrates the problem, culminating in a frankly stunning display of poor customer service.
1. The Order: I requested Diablo and Hot sauces.
2. The Error: The drive-thru cashier handed me Diablo and Fire.
3. The Correction Attempt: When I politely pointed out the error and asked if they were out of Hot sauce (since I didn’t want Fire), the cashier, instead of simply correcting the mistake, responded with an eye-rolling attitude and a fake smile: “Well now you have every sauce in the restaurant.”

This is not customer service; this is a willful refusal to complete a simple, corrected request. A transaction that should have been resolved in five seconds was turned into a bafflingly rude interaction. The issue wasn’t that I asked for more sauce; the issue was that she got the order wrong in the first place.

In Summary:
• Product: Consistently inaccurate. My food is rarely correct.
• Service: Unprofessional and dismissive when a correction is requested.
I sometimes choose Taco Bell for fast food, but I spend an excessive amount of time double-checking orders and dealing with corrections. I sincerely hope management takes these ongoing issues seriously. Consistency should mean reliably good food and service, not reliably bad.

Learning to use their computerized ordering system but they offered to help, which I appreciated. Typical Taco Bell fare. Good, not great. One of the orders was very short of meat, but it was take out so we didn’t know that till we were home.

Wow, what a taco bell experience. Food was on point, the staff actually smiled, and the dining room clean! Only problem was no TP left in the men’s bathroom and we all know you need that when visiting a taco bell haha.

Regardless I was impressed and thank you so much for brining back the chili cheese burrito! Please never get rid of it again.

Oh and the dining room had very positive, uplifting Christian music. It was great.

I used UberEats to order from here today, 10/27/25, and I just want to say that whoever was in the kitchen today making food, deserves a raise or something. I usually get good food when I order, however today, was better than ever. The burrito was grilled so perfectly, and the chalupa was still warm and soft when it arrived to me. I hope the manager or someone in a higher position sees this and gives the proper employees the recognition they deserve!

The food was garbage. I can’t believe when I got home I couldn’t eat the crunchwrap supreme because it was nothing but a soggy soft taco, nothing hard or crispy inside. There was NO meat, it was all soft warmish melted cheese and then a mouth full of sour cream. I had to throw it away. Then the 2 chalupas I got were soggy like everything was sitting around for hours. One of the chalupas had barely any meat on it. The other, the meat barely lined the bottom. My bill was $15.22 and you should paid me to take the garbage home. When you advertise a taco with meat you expect meat. I rather spend my money at a sit down restaurants. I left this same review on the Taco bell Survey and I’m sure I won’t hear from them. I’ll keep you posted!

Solid good Taco Bell. Ever expanding menu, but most of the original favorites are available. Tables and floor and condiment area – always clean. Self serve soda and tea with a few flavors of Mountain Dew. Order at kiosk or at counter.

Don’t order from this location if you have food allergies, because even when you order your food without the allergen they will still put it on there and when you send it back, instead of remaking it, they will just half ass scoop it off and bury the rest under some extra lettuce. Fortunately its not a life threatening allergy but that’s hardly the point.
