All right folks, I realize this is McDonald’s but even they can do better.
This was a $10 value meal, through the drive-through. French fries were warm, Coke was cold, cheeseburgers were disgusting. The only good that happened on this was I was in and out of the drive-through in less than two minutes.

Restaurant outside area dirty specially of cigarette butts inside the monitors at the time we went in were not working, no one at the counter had to wait. Once order, the food was done fast. Not the best too much mayonnaise but overall taste was good. Once at the table there are several flies in our area, floors are dirty and even though not against it but have several homeless using the area to charge their cellphones.

This was the Big Mac I was given . Cold and even worse once I tried to put it in the microwave for 30secs to see if I could eat it. I asked if fries were fresh was told yes right out of the bend. Fries were lukewarm at best. Very disappointed in this meal.

I use Mobile Ordering to try and bypass at least HALF of the Idiocracy. However, they manage to almost always screw it up anyway. Half of time they don’t even acknowledge you in the drive thru I have to come to the window to tell them I’m picking up my order. I know, we aren’t supposed to have expectations of decent service when it comes to McDonalds, but excessive wait times for a mobile order is just plain stupidity. Lying to your customers and saying “we were just waiting for your fries!” And you literally hand me cold food. It’s hard to not take that personally. That’s an absolute deal breaker for me. That’ll be the last order I ever place here 🙂 I see the new sign saying to speak with respect and that you can refuse service.. Maybe you should wonder WHY people get so upset.. or just read your other reviews perhaps?!

I guess I’m the blame for expecting to see a full cup of ice cream for $4.25 at 10P. I had to pull forward and wait for 2 cups of ice cream. That’s all I ordered… It only seems like it filled the cup(slightly) because it’s melted and most of the cup is caramel to hide the fact that there was only about a spoonful of ice cream in the cup… uuugh SMH

Unfortunately, the experience at this McDonald’s is almost always bad. The staff does not check the orders and they rarely come out well done. One pays for something specific and receives something else. Better training and supervision are needed.

I’ve been going to this McDonald’s for years. And the service has always been excellent. Always clean staff is always nice and actually enjoying yourselves at work. One of the god managers that’s their he’s been there for over 15 years and he’s definitely one of the reasons this McDonald’s is so successful

Some of our fries were hot others were not. The cheese on our burgers wasn’t melted because the burgers weren’t hot. I watched an elderly couple walk out because no one would wait on them and they couldn’t or didn’t want to use the kiosk. The whole time they are pumping out Uber eats and drive through orders. If this is the best that McDonald’s can do, or at the very least acceptable to them, they should close the doors. What a damn shame. Luckily they had instructions by the trash can letting people know how to throw their garbage away. What a joke. I’m sure Ronald is crying somewhere right now.
