Waiting over 23 minutes because your door dash order was pushed back 3 times and hearing this guy over and over is unacceptable. We just hung up. I do not recommend delivery here. All we needed was we are backed up and can’t make your order or anything

Tables were immediately cleaned after families got up and left and the employees were very kind. The pizza is always hot and fresh ensuring everything stays full on the hot bar. They partnered with my son’s school for a fundraiser and made sure all families coming in were taken care of during this busy time . Thank you for a wonderful dinner

The manager of this location was on fire. Had pizzas flying out of the ovens, place was spotless. Employee Dave was on his A game also, very polite and asked if we were all set and if we needed anything to let him know. The manger also asked if there was any pizzas we wanted and had them on the buffet shortly after. Will be returning here. My pictures aren’t good lol but figured I’d add them. The bbq chicken pizza here was amazing

Manager only speaks to who they wish. Paperwork for any business should not be conducted at the front table by the buffet. Its rude. Talking down to crew members infront of customers is just wrong.

It’s an ok location; though in my opinion, the one on Saint Andrew’s rd is a bit better and bigger than this location as well. The was very kind and seemed to want to work. They kept up on refilling the bar. The pizza section was never empty, and you could always expect any of your potential favorite slices.

MY EXPERIENCE TODAY WAS HORRIBLE !! WAITED 56 MINUTES FOR 20 WINGS TO BE COOKED TWICE. UPON RECEIVING THE WINGS THEY WERE UNDERCOOKED. I PROCEEDED TO ASK THE CASHIER JESSICA TO GET THE MANAGER FOR A REFUND. WHILE WAITING I OVER HEARD THE MANAGER STATE SHE’S NOT GIVING ME NO REFUND. I PROCEEDED TO ASK FOR HER NAME, SHE REFUSED TO OPEN HER MOUTH TO SAY ANYTHING. VERY UNAPOLOGETIC. STAFF WOULDN’T OPEN THEIR MOUTHS TO RESPOND TO ANY OF MY QUESTIONS. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE.

This was delicious! The food was fresh, the bathroom was clean, and the service was excellent. The plates are very durable and surprisingly dishwasher safe! Unfortunately this was a stop on a road trip, because if this was in our hometown I would be there everyday!

The pizza was cold. I get that it’s the end of the night but it dinner time so it shouldn’t have been cold. Also the manager yelled across the restaurant multiple times at one of the employees. I felt bad for the little guy. He was working hard nonstop since I got there. That was rude and uncalled for. Very unprofessional. They’re so many better ways to manage your employees without embarrassment.
