Went to have dinner and listen to the sounds of TiChi. Food was good, service had opportunity. Didn’t attend to us very well, but when we got the good it was very good. Entertainment was outstanding, he worked the room with great energy.

We just left Palm Court restaurant in Arlington Heights. Had dinner with friends I had the chicken Marsala with a mushroom wine sauce on top of mashed potatoes. I thought it was delicious,portion was a little small. they topped it on mashed potatoes, It was half of a half of a chicken breast, but nevertheless it was very tasty. My husband had the coconut lime cod on top of rice, he said it was okay but wouldn’t order it again.
One of our guests had the prime rib and said it was outstanding. We had some great cocktails and awesome desserts we ordered the chocolate cake and the brandy Ice it could’ve easily served 4 to 6 people. Our server Will was outstanding. He made some great suggestions on cocktails and also on the menu very attentive. For four people our check was $350 including cocktails.
Bottom line, would we go back again? most definitely!

We had the best time at Palm Court! I have lived in Arlington Heights for a long time and don’t know how I haven’t made it here! We had filets and mushrooms and saganaki. Everything was absolutely wonderful! This place is so unique and has such character. The live music was so wonderful. They even took lovely pictures as well! We will definitely be back!

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE EVER.
This will be a long ready but I promise you it will worth your time.
I made a reservation for Valentine’s Day and had planned to bring my wife and Daughter here on that special day, my reservation was for 7pm and we arrived 7:06 which was still in our grace period.
We came to the reception and were immediately welcomed with the most disgusting attitude I’ve seen in my entire life.
First; there was a white older lady with a long blonde hair alongside a young lady who was a little bit polite.
While we were pushed to the side we watched other customers who are whites come in pretty late for their own reservation and were attended to immediately, to be clear we were standing for more than 30 minutes while this woman was calling others to their seats.
My 5 year old started getting really uncomfortable through all that uncalled racism. Yes that was a pure display of discrimination simply because we are not a white family.
I asked a few times and was told I’ve been checked in a few times but i was wondering why i and my ladies had to wait that long if we made a reservation and was confirmed because i got a confirmation that we were set.
It got really uncomfortable as we were the only black family standing there while everyone was passing by and were also staring at us which made us even more uncomfortable.
Few more minutes later i got a notification that the restaurant canceled my reservation around 7:47pm.
I had to remove my family immediately to avoid further embarrassment and we ended up buying pizza and wings to take home for dinner.
I DO NOT TAKE THIS ACT OF RACISM AND DISCRIMINATION LIGHTLY
Sadly this is all i can do as to this issue so here’s my review for this place. This is my first time coming so close to “RACISM”.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL AND I WISH ONE COULD GIVE ZERO STAR BECAUSE THIS PLACE DOES NOT DESERVE A STAR AT ALL. If you’re a black family please stay away from this place.

Terrible experience, especially for being Valentine’s Day. We had 9:00pm dinner reservations but still had to wait 45 mins to be seated! The loud lounge pervaded the whole restaurant – definitely not a pleasant atmosphere for a nice dinner date out. Seemed also like there was no effort being made to give us, the customer, a pleasant dining experience. Waitress was very inattentive, and very abrupt when she finally approached our table. After ordering, she returns to tell is ALL appetizers are unavailable except the shrimp cocktail. No alternatives were offered. Then after my wife ordered the surf & turf well done, it was brought to our table very red on the inside. Even after they took it back, then returned it to us, half of it was still rare inside. Mashed potatoes were absolutely doused in salt. Manager did comp us for the steak (which we could not eat) after we complained directly to her, but also just made some lame excuse about the appetizers. Both the waitress AND the manager seemed truly uninterested in us as customers. We will absolutely never come back here or ever recommend this place to anyone! Waste of money and waste of time.

We celebrated our 25 anniversary in this fin r dinning restaurant.
Waitress Brianna is amazing and the management are understanding and accommodating. The food is good, the atmosphere is decent, and the prices are acceptable.
I am giving this place 5 stars because of the way the manager handled a little menu related issue we faced. Full was very professional and accommodating.

We had a large group of 14 to dine in the lounge and listen to the music of Jacquelin’s Vale ! The lounge was sold out . Everything was outstanding! Our server was our usual favorite and did an amazing job. 14 people and no one had the same meal and everyone was satisfied. We stayed for the entire show and all had a great time!

This is a “swanky” restaurant, themed after the night club singers of previous generations: Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, etc.
Nicely decorated in 1980’s style with leather booths. This motif appeals primarily to older people (50+).
Service was very good and the food is reasonably priced.
After dinner, we sat at the nicely-appointed bar/lounge and listened to jazz.
