Went to breakfast on a Sunday around 11 (crazy, I know!) Wait was less than we were told, it was 20 minutes, but we were in our booth in less than 10. We had a mimosa flight, which was so delicious! I had the Corned beef skillet. I would have liked the potatoes to have been cooked longer, but the corned beef was so tender, not too salty, and just amazing! My daughter had the big and hearty breakfast, and she ended up taking almost half home. Those pancakes are not small! All food was so good, and I am looking forward to going back. Service was also wonderful! Enough attention to know they were around if you need anything, but not annoying when you’re trying to have a conversation.

Okay burger, but a few things were off.

– Bacon Cheeseburger – $16.50: Huge (half pound?), lean and therefore drier. I asked for it to be cooked medium, but it was on the higher end of medium-well. It was of medium quality and plenty hot. The bacon was a large portion, good, but a bit dry. The cheese did not look like a lot, but added enough flavor and was melty good.

I asked for no pickles and there were no pickles, but it was also missing onions and ketchup (listed on the menu but not included on my burger). There was ketchup available at the table, so that part was easily remedied, but not the onions. The mayo was on the bottom. The bun was toasted and yet soft.

– Fries (comes with the burger): Over seasoned and cold. If it were seasoned less and up to temp, it would have been wonderful fries for sure. Medium cut and about standard serving size. The seasoning was spicy and probably included Rosemary and a strong amount of pepper. They were also fairly salty.

– Chicken Quesadilla – $14.50: Good soft and flavorful tortilla. The insides were a bit on the wet side, medium spicy, and good quality chicken. The guacamole they served with it was VERY spicy, but the salsa was medium spicy. The sour cream was a bit heavier, which was nice. We took some home and decided to finish it off a couple hours later and it was soggy so don’t take it home for leftovers.

They have some specials so check those out. I came Wednesday, the wrong day for a cheeseburger (Thursday).

– Service: Positive and helpful, but stretched thin. I could tell it was no fault of hers. She was the only one serving the restaurant. 4GR8Foods restaurants (Grand Coney for example) has been known to have staff issues once in a while. Generally (80% of the time by my experience so far), I find the staff great and well equipped for the work, though. She also took our money without asking if we wanted change (assuming we purposed the rest for a tip).

– Atmosphere: Very nice. Festive hispanic flare and strong warm tones. They had tables with chairs, booths, bar seating, and outdoor seating. They also have rooms at both their locations for events. It was fairly quiet when I stopped by.

– Conclusion: The food was okay, but perhaps a little over priced.

Visited on a Wednesday at 7pm.

Very tasty tacos, burgers, and fries. Their Espresso flight was delicious. Their prices are on the top end of being reasonable. Almost too high. But we all had decent serving sizes with great flavor for the price. Their mixed drink menu looked great, but we didn’t buy any. I’ll have to come back for that another day. I recommend Sundance

Food was amazing and so was the service! We started with a giant cinnamon roll and a mimosa flight which was recommended by our server Ashlea. Both were great! I also had the corned beef hash which I will be back for! They also have a nice patio that I will be visiting this summer. Ashlea was always smiling and we will definitely be in to see her again!

Went today to pick up a wet burrito. Hard pass! Never again. Walked in and the male bartender with glasses was walking my out to me food basically vertical so it was awesome when I got to work half the sauce was in my bag. Also he put no sour cream in my order, that I paid for. And the meat inside the burrito had to have been from yesterday because it was dry and the cook obviously warmed it up on the flat top because 1 side of all the meat was burnt and crispy. And when I paid the guy looked at me and said “oh, one of those”. I had a gift card. Like it was an issue. But obviously wasn’t a good day for the guy or that nasty burrito.

Best Breakfast in town! Amazing pancakes are bigger than your head! Minor local celebrity and noted Food Critic John Cripe was recently quoted as saying the French Toast was, “scrumptious!!!” Full bar and carryout available. Looked like the patio was heated and open already for spring!

Went for brunch and got seated immediately. Had the crab skillet and a cinnamon roll and it was great although hard to believe I received 4 eggs. Server Ryane was fast and efficient. And would come back again!

French toast was soggy needed to be cooked more but good. Asked for a cinamon roll to go. Well not like any cinamon roll I’ve ever had. Im sure it was frozen then microwaved way to long. So that made it dried out and not good. Why do that when im leaving I could have heated it at home. Haven’t found a decent cinamon roll anywhere!!

I should have got the crab Benedict but got the breakfast burrito recommended by the server. It was bland and had too many hash browns which are not a personal favorite. I will give this place another try.

I can’t believe it took me this long to stop here for breakfast. Usually I am on the other side of the road and see Sundance as I pass by to another destination. Today I took the time to make this my choice and was not disappointed.
Offering a great variety of southwestern styled plates, I chose the basics to tell me how the prepared meals.
The sausage links were perfection. Crisp casing and properly cooked. The seasoned potatoes were the same. I chose to take the rest home so I could enjoy the toast and pancakes. Kudos to the morning crew as I thoroughly enjoyed them both.
But what about the eggs? The scramble was exceptional. More important; every bite was hot. I’ve had my share of scrambles where you scramble to eat them before the lukewarm eggs turned luke-cold. Not so here. They were great with just the right amount of buttery texture.
I enjoyed it all with a strawberry orange juice beverage and a glass of water.
And lastly, my server, Ada. She was the perfect balance of attentive.
