This is the 2nd time out of the last three times that I have not gotten all of my strawberry cream cheese pies. Each order was for delivery. Each time, I’ve ordered the TWO piece. It’s happened the 1st and 3rd times. I’m only convinced they got it right the 2nd time because I put notes in for the delivery driver to check with them that they included all of the pies. If I order TWO 2-piece strawberry cream cheese pies, and it’s clearly stated on the receipt, I should not see only two pies in the bag. If I order THREE 2-piece strawberry cream cheese pies, and it’s clearly stated on the receipt, I should not see only three pies in the bag. Stop cheating people out of their money and food.

Honestly living in mt.vernon for over 10+ years the food and service has not always been the greatest it was actually quite horrible. However, for the past 6 years now it has been exceptional. things have drastically changed at this place. Delicious quickly made fresh food served by absolute professionals! Hassim and the team he leads day in and day out are nothing short of amazing. Thank you for the top tier service.

This is by far the worst popeyes I have ever been to. The general manager is so unprofessional. They will if you allowed them to give you overcooked dried out tenders and try to act like they are not going to replace. And they met me.

I ordered delivery at 7:37pm. The delivery time kept getting extended. I called the store 3x no answer. My delivery driver kept getting changed. At 8:40 my order was canceled. I am STARVING after a long day with 2 small babies. This is insane. Livid isn’t enough to describe.

First time customer to popeyes, food very tasty, but the experience was overshadowed by two things. The first was missing $6 cheesecake from order, second was half filling drinks with ice (Iiterally). Since order was a delivery through über eats no way to contact business. I have tried phoning but no answer.

I wish I could give this place a 0 star but I can’t. The customer service is a disgrace. They’re constantly short staff and they’re always low on food items. Instead of providing good customer service, they are quick to refund order and give you your money back to send you on your way. Terrible management and service from a business located in this already burdened community. Shame!

Serving sizes are ridiculously small – a small mash was barely 2 spoonfuls, the container is mostly air. Chicken strips are also small, some of them more breading than meat, and are not served hot. Gravy was more water than anything else, and half of their soda flavors weren’t working. Cashiers also have terrible attitudes.
I usually wouldn’t go through the trouble, but this isn’t the first time this location offers terrible service. We avoided this one for a long time, decided to give it another shot tonight, and we see nothing’s changed. Popeye’s charges too much money for such low quality.
