Usually very impressed with this restaurant, specifically the take out as a great Sunday option. I don’t know if they ran out or if they switched up their menu, but both dishes tonight were half portions, and the vodka rigatoni was missing all the vodka sauce. Be careful ordering pick up from here.

This was our first visit, and it won’t be our last. We had reservations and were seated promptly upon arrival. Our server, Campbell, provided excellent service—attentive and friendly without being intrusive. The manager and/or owner, Joe, also made a point to check in, which added a personal touch.
We shared the beet and arugula salad, which was fresh and well-balanced. My husband had the stuffed rigatoni with Bolognese sauce—rich, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. I ordered the chicken Caprese with angel hair pesto, and it was equally delicious. Even the bread was memorable.
Forgot to mention, we had the tiramisu which was presented in a glass. It was delicious!
From start to finish, everything about our experience was enjoyable. We truly appreciated the welcoming atmosphere, great service, and excellent food. We look forward to returning!

Our server Joel was amazing. When we come back to dine, I am making sure to request him. I couldn’t decide what to eat, and he was more than happy to choose for me. (It did not disappoint)! We were there to celebrate my son’s birthday and Joel made sure it was special. The Nutella chocolate cake is a must try.

Very good food., attentive service and a hands on owner chef. The owner Joe greeted us at the door and was very welcoming as he seated us. The food is very good traditional American Italian dishes. The calamari with Hot Peppers and balsamic glaze was excellent. It was tender, lightly breaded and plentiful. Joe the owner had come by to check on us and decided the calamari portion wasn’t large enough(it was plentiful) and sent over another whole platter. It was plenty and a kind gesture. Our main course of shrimp scampi and the fish special was very good and delicious. My only nit is that I wish there could have been more garlic to suit my taste. While we were there we saw “Nanna” walk-in with a fresh baked dessert. How could we resist!! The banana cream cheese cake was excellent and I was tempted to but the whole pie. Upon departure from our wonderful dining experience we received a friendly wave and thank you from Joe the owner chef who was busy working with his crew. Anytime you are in a restaurant and the owner chef is hands on you are going to have a great dining experience.

We have had the pleasure of eating here twice already and the food is incredible! It is made with love and the recipes are passed down from the older generations. These are tried and true family recipes. Both times we’ve been waited on by Clarice who made us feel like family. She’s amazing. I love this place and will keep coming back with our family. Thanks again!

Without hesitation, this is the only restaurant I would refer people to in the Mount Pleasant area who are looking for aithentic Italian food that is consistently good quality at a reasonable price point.
Every time I’ve been here, I’ve had a great meal. But equally important to me, is that this place has such a great atmosphere and the service is outstanding, I find myself thinking about and planning my next visit as soon as I leave.
It’s obvious that the servers here love their job and employer – it’s something you can’t enforce in your work crew and is passed on without effort to the customers. I’ve noticed many of the same familiar servers here now as long as I’ve been visiting and I think that says a lot. Rarely have I been to a restaurant that makes such an effort to be as welcoming to their guests as this one. You feel like there’s nothing they wouldn’t do to accommodate you and make you feel at home.
I don’t eat out much anymore as I have a son with special needs and he can be difficult to manage in public. So, on those rare occasions when I do venture out, I wouldn’t consider going anywhere that wasn’t exceptional. Bricco Bracco is at the top of my list.

my husband and i haven’t even left the restaurant yet, but HAD to brag about the food! absolutely amazing! between the two of us, we have a combined total of 10 years living in europe. this is the CLOSEST taste of italy that we’ve had outside of europe! not only that, the staff was so kind, and the vibes were immaculate! they were all joking, laughing and getting along. we WILL visit again and will tell others about it! 10/10!!!!!!!!!!!!

My husband and I used to dine here every Friday when we lived in Mt. Pleasant. The food is on the pricier side, but always worth it, and the staff was consistently warm and wonderful. I loved the parmigiana, and my husband adored the Giambotta. We were told the story by a few of the servers about how the Giambotta was a family recipe passed down from their grandma.
A few months ago, the Giambotta changed, and even though we asked for the original version next time we went, the new recipe was served instead. Since it was my husband’s favorite dish, the price felt harder to justify when it wasn’t as good as it used to be, so we came by less often after that.
If the original Giambotta ever returns, please let us know, we’d gladly make the trip back. The food really is that good!

The rigatoni and lasagna were great but the bread and the Vodka sauce were out of this world. Huge bowl of vodka sauce and it was Fantastic. The wine was good and we will definitely be back!

Food is fantastic. Best Italian food in mount pleasant by far if not best in Charleston. Karen was our server and she was wonderful. Had short rib ragu and vodka sauce with sausage among several appetizers. All fantastic. Could not recommend highly enough.
