The food is almost always consistent.
We brought our kids to the play place on a sunday at 2:30pm and it was closed.
The management closes certain seating areas and the playplace with the excuse that they are doing maintenance. They said its just not open.
We ended up leaving.

Luiz, an employee, was asked by a customer to open the bathroom. He reluctantly retrieved a set of keys, opened the door, and then returned to the counter to take my order. He just stood still at the register, said nothing. I asked if he was ready, his reply was completely out of line. Disrespect, indifference, and anger was his demeanor. He got the order wrong twice. Finally, at the end, he torn my receipt and threw it at me. Pure racist and elder abuse. Fire him immediately

We always go through here through drive thru. Never experienced a problem everything’s always complete. Just when we went inside to eat and let the kids go in the indoor playground, their ac is broken. It’s so hot it’s uncomfortable to eat and play. The play structure is semi clean (it has some trash inside) compared when we last went inside to eat. Also we ordered through the app and they don’t serve the orders to the table instead, they yell for you to get them which is weird cause other locations serve it on the table. Mind you, they wasn’t busy that time.

This location in Indio needs to be reviewed by Human resources the way they talk not only to customers but to their employees is very disgusting. I do not know how these ladies are in charge but there should be a full on investigation and they need to start firing Managers that are fit to run a business take care of your employees they will take care of your customers

This McDonalds is one of the few that has an indoor playground in the valley that’s why I often come with my children. However, the playground suppose to be closed at 8pm and the staff closes it at 7pm because they “cleaned it”. They don’t clean it, they wipe the tables and that’s it. It looked like they never vacuum the area with dust bunnies everywhere, it’s just a matter of time for a child to get an asthma attack or an infection for them to get sued. I would take my kids the the burger king south of 111 that also has an indoor playground instead.

I love eating at they restaurant but today I came to the Indio location and had a bad experience I ask the manager for ranch and bbq but she said she was going to charge me extra for that because my partner already got some,she only got one serving of ranch and BBQ but we ordered to meals so wasn’t enough for two people wow so now your restaurants are going to charge for that
