Three young kids working there worst sandwich I ever had. I got me a fish sandwich and it was literally the worst sandwich I’ve ever had. I’d eat that fish sandwich multiple times they had so much tartar sauce on it. It was sliding off the bun you couldn’t handle it without getting tartar sauce all over your hands, and when you took a bite and got all over your face literally the worst service worst food. Arby’s is good food, but they made that terrible. Worst experience if I had a Arby’s for the first time, I would never go back to another Arby’s. That’s how terrible it was location

The drive thru gal was so rude. Sighed when we mentioned that our card didn’t tap and she would have to insert the chip then shoved the bag of food out to us. When we said thank you she just shut the window doors on us. Surprisingly our order wasn’t messed up this round but we did get expired milk.

Literally the worst stop I’ve ever had at an Arby’s. Drive-thru had an attitude while greeting and really short and snotty while taking order. Got to window and paid for food, and got drink. Standard time for waiting so no big deal there. Upon taking the club wrap out of wrapper which was just just folded together, I notice the bacon looked cold/old. Took a bite out of it and there was cold grease sitting on the bacon. I think I’ll take my chances and starve before coming back here.

Service was great. The food is what you’d want from Arby’s. It was nice that they did customize my order, they didn’ t have to but they found a way to give me what I wanted.

Waiting 13 minutes in the drive thru was unfortunate for only having 1 car in front of us. It was odd that everything had its own bag (3 sandwiches, 3 fries = 6 bags). Food was OK. Fries were barely warm.

We ordered food for five people at the drive through. We were asked to pull forward and they would bring our food out to us. We never received a chicken sandwich or a milk that we ordered. We tried calling the restaurant to see how we could make it right, but no one answered. Very disappointed in the service and wouldn’t recommend Arby’s in Gretna, NE.

was with tyler, my #1 grandson and we did time at Walmart and went to arbys. Ty got a reuben sandwich combo and I got a turkey bacon ranch sandwich on the dark bread.i ask for water AND then realized they had zero sugar lemonade so we had to have some. I love how Arbys is one of the most consistent fast food places and this Mgr. Is very accommodating and nice.

I have been to Arby’s all over & I literally think this is by far the dirtiest one I have been to. I have come all different times of the day & it is always the same dirty. This trip was a little extra special… there was employee that was outside by he parking spots that was smoking which is fine but when you come inside please wash your hand then help the customers. I usually get the food to go cause it DOES NOT matter where you set it’s ALWAYS DIRTY. If you have a another choose take it. Food was cold!!
