The service is so fast and friendly .When you order the wait time is perfect as food comes out fresh and taste amazing. We visited this Vietnamese restaurant yesterday and tried the beef pho, and it was absolutely delicious. The broth was rich, aromatic, and perfectly balanced, with tender beef and fresh herbs that made every bite comforting and flavorful. You can truly taste the care and authenticity in the dish. Such a wonderful experience — we will definitely be back to try more from the menu. Highly recommend!

This place is phenomenal. As soon as you enter, you feel a good vibe. Everything is heartwarming. We had a party of 17 people, and the wait staff did a stupendous job of serving us. Dish after dish came out of the kitchen, one out doing the other. The portions are huge. Im not sure if it’s family style serving, but one plate can easily feed 3 people. We brought our own cake, and they were kind enough to supply us with a torch for candles, a knife, and serving plates. I wish I knew the names of the two young men and the young lady who served us because they did a great job. Thank you again.

I brought my family here for the first time, my step sons came and it was their first time trying Vietnamese food, and our first time at this establishment. While the food was very flavorful and delicious, the customer service was horrible. My family of 4 spent $120 here for 2 Ramen bowls, 1 pho bowl, 1 Teriyaki Bowl, egg rolls , 3 Boba Drinks and shumai dumplings.
We ordered steamed shumai, receieved them fried…figured theyd still be good so we didn’t bother correcting. My husband and 1st son ordered the Creamy Chickem Ramen, only 1 came out, the waiter didnt correctly add another one and kept saying its coming, its coming, by the time the other one came out we were done eating.
Now this is the biggest issue, My youngest son never had Vietnamese food before and figured he’d order a safe option, and go with something familiar, the Teriyaki Chicken rice bowl. He took 1 bite and didnt like it, the chicken was over cooked and hard, chewy like jerky in most pieces(Pic below) we asked the guy if it was possible to change it to the same Ramen dish the other two got, because he didnt like it. The manager said “is that what he ordered? ” we said yes, but the chicken is hard and he doesnt like it. ” He said he will have to charge us for it. WHAT?? You overcooked the food, the boy couldnt eat it, you didnt offer to re-cook it, though that would’ve taken even longer to wait AGAIN, We said forget it, they didnt even remove it from the bill. We left it there. Thats not how you treat customers!! You take the loss and gladly make something else when we are still paying!! If you zoom into the pic below you can see the chicken lines, meaning dry and over cooked. We are both chefs and restaurateur, we know the chicken spent too long cooking! You denied a child food that we paid for. My husband ended up giving him his Ramen and went without. He tried to eat the chicken too but it was too chewy (like Jerky) he said.

Saigon Bowl never disappoints. The broth is rich and flavorful, not greasy or watered down like some places. You can taste that it’s been simmered for hours — super comforting and authentic. The noodles are always cooked perfectly, and they give you a generous portion of fresh herbs, lime, and jalapeños on the side so you can make it just how you like it.
The staff is friendly and quick, and the food comes out steaming hot every single time. If you’re craving pho that actually tastes homemade and full of flavor, this is the spot. Definitely my go-to place whenever I need a big, satisfying bowl of pho.
