I really enjoy the food here but since I work downtown I order takeout. They don’t have ventilated boxes so no matter if you get there as soon as they say it’s ready it’s going to be a soggy mess because the Togo boxes aren’t ventilated. I’ve already expressed this issue to them privately and they said all their locations use ventilated boxes. That is false. They asked for which locations wasn’t used ventilated boxes and I told them downtown. They said they’d fix it and they haven’t. I want to give this place a 5 stars but they have to fix this problem or I cannot continue eating here. If you’re dining it go for it but if you want takeout it will always be a disaster from here. They should not be proud to serve food that is so soggy. Maybe bowls are the way to go but never tacos. They are in the food business they need to understand how good works before they serve it

Everything was good except being charged for steak instead of chicken to which I was overcharged by $4 since I got rang up for steak & double steak. I had double chicken which would only be $4 since chicken is $2. I didn’t know chicken comes from a cow. I’m not sure how you mix the two up. The person making the food & also ringing it up should pay better attention.

The staff was exceptionally professional, especially Shay and Noah. The food was excellent, and the service was both fast and friendly. They greeted us with genuine smiles throughout our visit, which made the experience even better. The restaurant was very clean, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food and outstanding service—all in one spot.

Came here for my first time w a friend and we were greeted by Noah. He took care of us in the best way that one could treat a customer. He was very informative, very friendly. He gave us wonderful combo recommendations. He was very skilled and knowledgeable about what he was doing/saying. He made the complete experience a 10/10. This is what great customer service looks like. And the food was AMAZING. Will definitely be coming back and recommending this to friends & family.

The tortillas for the burritos are made fresh. They do not skimp on portion sizes. The burritos started falling apart as the tortillas were still warm and stretching. The staff were friendly. However, it would have been nice if they had warned one our party that ordered the large burrito that it is ridiculously massive. The food here is a little more pricier than other fast food places. Restrooms require a code to get in. Their indoor seating is limited. There is some outdoor seating as well. The taste of the food was not good to just okay. I would not order the queso again. The burrito had a funny taste when biting into the tortilla. It could have been the spray that was used when pressing the tortillas.

The good: It’s a great value. We had two meals that were both generously piled with all kinds of good ingredients.
The not so great: Service is not particularly friendly or helpful. Best if you know how the system works in advance. My burrito tortilla was more of a wrap–chewy and doughy. It’s a little hard to eat a loaded burrito on a slice of aluminum foil; a plate would be nicer. If you’re eating indoors, just know that hip hop is the music. Not my favorite, but you’ll be right at home if you like it.
Note: We cleaned off a table outside in front to eat. We found out when leaving that there’s a nicer outside option on the side of the restaurant. Check that out if you don’t want the street noise.

Used to like this place/food. Today I was sitting on the back porch, nobody else there. Then one man comes out smoking and blowing the smoke right in my face from the distance. I told him that I do not appreciate this. He apologized and pointed out to me that this is a smoking area. Then a blond lady came and told me “if you don’t like there is the door”. I asked her if she works here and she answered yes! I was planning to order food here but I decided different. Her response was very rude !!!

First time to Fort Myers and saw it as we were driving through downtown and had to stop in! They made fresh tortillas for my tacos, had amazing service and a good atmosphere! Gerron helped us and he was so kind, even gave us a free dessert since we are new to the area. Would definitely come in again 🙂

This is my first stop on the first time in Fort Myers and this place is AWESOME! Everyone was super nice and helpful. When we yokd them it was our first time they walked us through everything. My favorite part, they press the Tortillas FRESH!
