The employees frequently have their pants sagging so low that their underwear is clearly visible while they are working. This creates an unprofessional atmosphere and is uncomfortable for customers who come in expecting a clean and respectable environment. A workplace, especially one that handles food, should maintain a higher standard of appearance and professionalism.

In addition, the lack of attention to proper hygiene practices is concerning. Customers expect food preparation areas to be clean and for employees to follow sanitary guidelines at all times. Seeing staff members handle food carelessly or without proper precautions makes customers question the safety and cleanliness of what they are being served.

It is also troubling to see employees touching the pizza with their bare hands without taking proper hygienic measures, such as using gloves or washing their hands regularly. Food preparation should always prioritize cleanliness to avoid contamination and protect customers’ health. This behavior gives the impression that sanitation standards are not being enforced.

These issues make the overall dining experience unpleasant and discourage customers from returning. People choose restaurants where they feel confident that their food is prepared in a clean and professional environment. When employees do not maintain proper hygiene or professional appearance, it damages the business’s reputation.

I hope management will address these concerns by reminding employees of proper dress code and food safety standards. Ensuring professionalism and cleanliness will improve customer confidence and create a better experience for everyone who visits the establishment.

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS PLACE! They send it through DoorDash and if it ever does arrive to your house it’ll be over an hour and a half later and their support line is garbage. Plus, if you used a promo code for anything, even if they refund your order you can’t use the code again to even replace the order and pick it up yourself. Wasted time and money. 0/10.

Spent 40 mins on call with support and they couldn’t even tell me if the driver was on the way or not over an hour after I ordered.

The crust had a buttered edge that stayed crisp, and toppings were consistently fresh even at a busy hour, making for a solid pocket-friendly pizza experience. They worked the line like pros, turning a hectic rush into a masterclass in teamwork and accuracy, and managed to keep orders accurate while pies came out perfectly hot and ready as promised. Service was both upbeat and steady, showing real pride in doing things right for their customers.Overall, it’s a reliable place when time and budget matter, offering surprisingly good taste in every bite. If toppings were distributed just a bit more evenly, it would be even better—but as is, the dependable, affordable pizzas and the skill of the team make Little Caesars a go-to for a quick, satisfying meal. Whether you’re looking for efficient service or a friendly atmosphere, these two definitely delivered! Because of them, I will make this my home pizza spot. The manager stacey k at the front was so nice and took his time with a non english speaking customer yesterday i really liked that and i waited probably 6 minutes for my food they were fast with it i will be returning!!!!

terrible service. the people working there now are now helpful, not friendly, and refused to give me an extra sauce that I already paid for. went back & forth with her serval times over sauce for my crazy bread. it’s insane. I will avoid this location at all cost. kinda nervous to eat my food cause that staff gives off the en they would do something to it. just disappointing.

Save your money. Do not give your money to this location. Drive to the next one, or spend the extra money for another pizza joint.
Our pizzas were burnt to a literal crisp in the middle. The cheese was hard as can be in the middle. Plus $9 for the smallest wings I’ve ever seen before & they had no meat. All chicken fat.
The girl working was also very rude. She threw my order on the counter and walked away. Didn’t say who it was for & there was multiple people inside. I had to check the order myself to know it was even mine. Will absolutely never visit this location again.

Don’t go here. I came with the kids to get 3 pizzas and one was so badly made or burnt or old the cheese was like rubber. I called and couldn’t get an answer that was Wednesday. Today they had a game and want pizza so i call again just to explain the situation and ask if i could purchase 3 pizzas but have one of them free because of the mistake. 24 minutes later i arrive at the store and I’m still on hold and the guy that answered is walking around doing nothing. When I showed the very nice and respectful young lady at the front she tells the manager who throws her hand up and demands the pizza back from Wednesday… Which we would’ve been happy to do but I think the purposely ignore the phone because of how and service is. I will be following up with the general manager because this place is busy but you can’t crap on customers who you make mistakes on their order and decide they aren’t worth your time because your “busy” They can train a much better manager like the young lady at the counter. I’m going to post pics of how long I waited on hold with them.

I have not been pleased with this location. I normally don’t give bad feedback because sometimes it’s a fluke. My first time here was great, no problems. Another time there was a line of people out the door which wasn’t the problem, 2 of the staff members kept yelling at the people telling us that they couldn’t take orders for at least 30 minutes because they were backed up. They weren’t nice about it, they weren’t apologetic and they didn’t even ask who was there to pick up an online or phone order. Another time my pizza didn’t have much sauce or cheese, lots of crust, but this time this pizza takes the crust (cake). There’s more crust than sauce and cheese. What is going on here, I’ve never been to a Little Ceasers with so many problems in so little time, I’ve lived here less than 2 months but it’s very close and convenient usually.

THIS PLACE IS NEVER HOT N READY AND TAKES FREAKING FOREVER. Whoever works or manages this place put this place in a terrible place because aint nothing ever ready! And it ain’t even that busy there when it happens. Wait time is way too long and it makes no freaking sense.
