Not bad for a pizza buffet. Even has a few games for kids to play in between plates of food. A good variety of pizza types, desserts and salad bar. Alternative options for those who don’t like soda, such as sweet and unsweetened iced tea. We had a good time. Staff was friendly as well.

By far the best CiCi’s Pizza location that I have had the pleasure of visiting. The staff was courteous and friendly. The location was clean and the buffet stayed fully stocked through the duration of our visit.

I would say, they spend way too much time making pepperoni pizzas. On my last visit, half, yes, about half of the buffet pizzas(not counting dessert pizzas) were empty at one time. The specialty or non-pepproni pizzas were lacking for quite awhile. Yes, you can request pizzas, but, on a good night when things work the way they should, you don’t have to request because they keep the different pizzas out at all times. The barbecue pork had ZERO pork and was only sauce. It is a luck of the draw on whether you get a good selection or not. Some pizzas are so flimsy thin crust you need a fork because they can be impossible to hold even with two hands. I would suggest only going with a app discount or coupons (which you may get in mail), but NEVER pay full price. It ain’t worth it. Don’t waste money on claw games. As far as claw games, the ball or rubber duck is the only one you may win at. The location is too small with how many people cram in sometimes also. If you sit in the booths, be prepared for headlights bothering you coming from the Chik Fil-A parking near AND the parking beside the building if someone backs in. It can be very annoying and there are no blinds to block it, so you may get headlights on you for as long as the vehicle chooses to keep them on. There is a simple fix to this, but I guess they don’t care since only customers deal with it.

It’s an all you can eat experience. The pizza is plentiful and they will make about any kind you can think of. Good for quick in and out, good if your really hungry. They do have a salad bar included and it’s got a fair variety of items. Does get crowded and you get noisy folks and the occasional rowdy kid so make allowances for that. Don’t sit near the games and it’s not bad.

This was my first time at Cici’s. The food was great and the staff were so kind and attentive. They even have tickets you can fill out to create your own personal pizza which i thought was very cool. It only cost around $21 for 3 of us to have all you can eat and that was including the drinks with free refills. Definitely will be coming here again.

Cicis is what pizza hut could have been! IMO. The pizza isn’t the best but it’s good for the price point. They rotate different pies out constantly, it seem, so you won’t get bored. You can dine in and take out and make your own custom pie. The store is clean and the staff is friendly. This location also has an updated little arcade that is neat.

Went in Saturday afternoon, the place wasn’t tool busy. They had a good selection and the food was hot and fresh. It’s cool that you can request a pizza to your liking. The restaurant was just a little dirty around the fountain drink machine and the floor was a bit messy.

Undoubtedly the worst quality of food of any CiCi’s I have ever been to. I had a thin crust mushroom pizza that was sloppily prepared. The cinnamon rolls had no icing, the chocolate cake squares did not have a decent chocolatey flavor. The apple cobbler pizza was pretty good. For my wife and I lunch cost $27.00 and was nowhere worth it. I will not make the mistake of going there ever again.
