November 28th, 4:25am. I go to the window and the lady says they are closed when online it says the restaurant is opened 24 hours a day. She then proceeds to say she working alone, and “I’m not doing this right now”. She proceeds to disregard all of my questions for 10 minutes. I had to drive off starving AND dehydrated because of the lack of customer service, and lack of desire to work. This is lazy. If you are at work, do your job! I did not force you to work here, the least you can do, is what you said you’d do in your interview, “MAKE DELICIOUS FEEL-GOOD MOMENTS EASY FOR EVERYONE”. This was not the first time something of this magnitude has happened either. One time, the manager said that she wasn’t serving food unless it was DoorDash. No where on the website does it say after a certain time they only serve food delivery drivers. She the proceeded to confirm her lie by saying, “We have to many orders and we just are not taking yours right now. If you are not uber eats or DoorDash then we don’t have your food”. This was November 1st, at 3:05am.

The drive thru machine wasn’t working, there was no sign. We went to the next window. Someone saw us, walked back and forth and never opened the window to say hey, go to the next one. Finally, a lady came out at the second window and waved us over. They were nice enough, it was just a little more disorganized than we expected.

Pretty regular McDonald’s experience. I ordered my food through the app. So I didn’t have to wait or really interact with anyone. My only really complaint was that I order some strips of Bacon and they just gave me some cold bacon that was probably still sitting out from the morning.

Disgusting! By far the worst McDonalds I’ve ever visited. Rude staff, cussing literally every other word, store is filthy beyond belief, mold on the ceiling and walls, very unsanitary eating conditions, order was incorrect at the counter , taken by the manager who when told scraped the whip cream into the garbage and then handed the drink back.
Not McDonalds usual standard by any means.

Dude, I’m sick and tired of these uneducated kids. I made two orders, Sat, Aug 9th, 2025., 7:20 pm. First of all, it is not the first time that the fries come halfway served, so I have to give these back to them to fulfill these properly and then the two times that I got the order and I said “thank you”, the educated girl with glasses just turn her back to me, not replying anything. I really don’t know what kind of education she got at home and for sure McDonald’s got to review a little bit more the people they hire. What pissed me off the most is that I know that sometimes this type of job might be difficult because you have to deal with certain difficult customers, but I’m in fact being polite to her and she decides to be disrespectful. It seems that I gotta be one of these difficult customers and not show any empathy so she can learn and have some education., cause if I’m cool I’m the one that’s gonna get mad due to their lack of education.

Aside from paying almost $40 for breakfast for three, I subbed sausage for bacon and was given ONE slice of bacon. Who the heck eats ONE bacon? I asked if this was correct and they confirmed yes – it’s no longer three slices. This place is a joke.
