I stood at the counter for 20+ mins and nobody even acknowledged me. 3 black girls goofing off and a guy with tattoos loading up fries. I had to walk off my good pay door dash order because of this nonsense. Fire all 3 of the women working at 9pm Saturday night February 28th. Absolutely the worst customer service ever. Get a real manager to run this place.

Have ordered from here in the past with ok results, but tonight is the straw the broke the camel’s back. Placed a mobile order, pulled up and was told to go wait in the mobile pickup spot. Sat in the spot for 50 minutes until we finally went inside to try to get our food. While we were waiting to be acknowledged someone came up to the counter to request a refund for a bright pink (raw) chicken sandwich. Absolutely abysmal location, don’t waste your time or money here. I like to give grace to fast food workers but this experience was absolutely ridiculous. Typed out this whole review while standing at the counter waiting for the food, am currently still waiting.
Finally left a little over an hour after arriving, am eating the food now and it is good but was not worth the trip or experience

I hate that Garfen City Wendy’s is the ONLY Wendy’s near me! They NEVER have anything! I don’t understand why they don’t order more than what they do because you can never go and get what you want. Stopped there this morning and the man at the drive thru taking orders was still sleep or under whatever concoction he had last night. He was rude. Had the nerve to hand me a lemonade that looked like dirty dish water and had an attitude when I said I didn’t want it. This place needs to close!

I left 1 star review for this Wendy’s earlier and mind u not this Wendy is my favorite from the bunch….we drive quite a while to come to this one I was treated very poorly and very disrespected and very humiliated by the drive thru employee with tag name (Williams) I called the store to complain and with my review aswell the manager answered took my call kindly rectified the issue and made sure that I left happy I have thank her for what she did she’s an amazing person. She made my day off a way better day.. 12/14/2025

Placed mobile order for DRIVE THRU pick up. Sit in line for 15-20 mins.. told me to go to the pick up parking spot.. wait another 10 mins they come out and don’t have 2 items we ordered .. wait about another 10 mins.. I decided to walk inside and wait.. they come out with no drinks (we had 4). So they hand me cups and have me fill them myself.. no drinks carrier in sight.. so I wait for a drink carrier.. then we get home.. no cheese on our sandwiches, the fries and chicken nuggets were definitely old/in dirty grease and cold! Not understanding if the food is cold, why it took so long… meaning my food was done A LONG TIME AGO.. crazy work
