I’m currently on a trip for work and wanted some BBQ as a native Texan, and hands down this is the best Texas Roadhouse I’ve ever been to. The host was super pleasant, my waitress has checked on me the perfect amount, and even the manager Lexi stopped by my table to make sure everything was good and I watched her greet every customer after me aswell. The crew also did a little dance to a song that was playing that I’ve never seen at any other establishment, that was cute and fun. It seems like they’ve really created a great atmosphere and culture here and the service is also great! 10/10 would recommend if you’re ever in mason. And it’s also a short walk from my hotel!

Went there for family dinner. The food was fresh and delicious. We had 7 people in our group and they were able to seat us rather quickly. The Best part was the service we received. Alana is the best server we have ever had at any restaurant…EVER! She was very attentive and always one step ahead of our needs. It was like we had VIP treatment! Thank you for a great evening and great food!

I just want to give a shoutout to are server Anna she was are server tonight around 7pm and let’s just say she was very kind and helpful was able to take are order fast and didn’t take long to get are food would always stop by to ask how everything was and if we needed anything. She is an amazing server even when they were really busy with wait times being over an hour. So thank you server Anna for an amazing experience you are doing great!!!

Normally this location doesn’t miss a thing but today I ordered the strawberry cheese cake with a large to go order for my husbands birthday , I labeled the one piece of cheesecake as “birthday boy”.
Got home and it’s just a plain piece of cheesecake- nothing on it. At $9 a slice that was a disappointment!

Great attention to detail! Close to the interstate and Great Wolfe Lodge! Kings Island as well! Our server Alyssa was amazing! Multi tasked and team player! Really made the kids happy so we were happy! They ordered kids tenders but they were too small and she complains each time. So maybe if ur reading this-get actual tenders and kids will give u 10 stars. lol. We as adults-we love yall! Perfect Filet MR and cold drinks. Caesar is always fresh and delicious! Manager stopped by and checked on us as well. They were so busy but made room for us! Great experience as always. Maybe consider offering a better cut of steak for the kids and creamy Mac and Cheese. Kids don’t lie. Just trying to help our favorite family restaurant in any town.

my steak was on my son’s plate (med rare) and his was on my plate (med well) steak quality was ok. We had just eaten at Outback and their 6 to 8 Oz sirloin dinner with baked potato and house salad was better all around. Steak was more tender and less tough to chew. Salad was good very similar toppings TR ranch was mediocre and Outback was the steakhouse ranch Ive come to love. Anyway very similar in price but Outback beats TR on steak quality. Sorry TR

If you consider this is just a simple, mid-tier chain steakhouse, everything was as expected. All meat was cooked as requested, tasted great for the the price and the service was good. Nice to get a steak at a restaurant with sides for under $30 and have it taste good.
Staff was attentive, place was clean overall and would recommend if looking for a place on a budget.

We get the same pick up order every time, 2 smokehouse burgers cooked medium with no bbq sauce, and steak fries as the side. I live less than five minutes from the restaurant. Today we decided to order the cactus blossom. By the time we got home, the burgers were cold. My wife had to put the fries in the air fryer, and the cactus blossom is an inedible disaster. It’s rock hard in the middle. The batter isn’t even cooked all the way through and you can’t even get a piece off of it without a sharp knife. You can’t even get a manager on the phone to address the situation. I wondered why my mother and sister suddenly stopped going there and now go to Longhorn instead. This meal was a complete waste of time and money.
