The Asian lady that’s the manager is RUDE! She yells and is not friendly at all! My kids hate going there because of her. I’ve dealt w her too – it’s not just her the ppl at drive thru especially this one guy that works drive thru they don’t greet u. They don’t thank you and they don’t reply when u say thank u. SMH!!!!!!! who hires these ppl?

This McDonald’s is always busy but I am impressed that we didn’t wait too long. Also, since they control amenities like napkins, ketchup etc. we have to ask after we got our order. Marilyn was nice and she even cleaned our table when I requested to please wipe our table clean. If you see the table dirty, just ask. I have always gone to this location and they are always busy any time of day both dine in and drive through. I am also glad that their toilet is always clean. I also like that they have meal deals like the $5 meals. It is easy on the pocket. I spent like around $17 for 3 meals.

I haven’t felt an experience as beautiful as this at a McDonald’s since I was a child. Absolutely nothing to complain about, nothing to suggest to this location, and nothing will stop us from making this our McDonald’s home! Amazing job to the entire team! Keep it up!

**update 5/8/25
Ordered 3 quarter pound patties with pickles and onions as I have for many previous visits.
At the first window I’m told that I’m basically ordering a quarter pounder without the bread so they will have to charge me. I said never mind and take that off the order.
I said I’ve ordered it this exact way many times before without any issue whatsoever.
So was the guy today right? Or were the employees for the previous +5 visits right?
They also forgot the pickles on my sons chicken sandwhich…. You know the ones that were paid for as a complete sandwhich…
This location is no longer on my list of places to spend my money.
Fast food is falling fast. ♂️

2nd time in a row it has taken over 20 minutes to get our food.
That is not fast food, and they don’t make it as ordered.
What did we order? Last time a $5 McDouble meal and a $6 McChicken meal. No lettuce and extra pickles, BBQ sauce for the nuggets. Drinks were 90% ice. They did no pickles, sent out ranch, and then didn’t stop or check in from the waiting spot 1…
Today in spot 1 again, I ordered quarter pounder extra pickles and onions. Half sweet tea have unsweetened tea, they gave me just unsweetened The fries were not warm so they were bagged waiting for something else. ♂️ ♂️
My son got the $5 (was $6 last time) McChicken and they forgot pickles again.
The truck in spot 2 had them fix their order 3x, the car behind us had their order fixed at least 1x.
Honestly McDonald’s is a go to when in a hurry. There was only 1 car in front of me. 1 drive through lane had 1 car, the other was empty. It was not busy.
I asked for our drinks while we were sent to spot 1 and she declined them.
I get having the car move resets your clock, but get the food out or put up a sign that there may be a 25 minute wait for food and drinks.

You need to do better McDonald’s. Spent $40 for our family, and our large fries were half full. $6 fish filet looks pathetic and so small, you downgraded everything but raised prices. I even paid an extra 32 cents at the window for extra tarter sauce I never received.

Poor service, my food was supposed to be brought to my table and it was left at the counter. After I got my food I noticed it was barely even warm. I asked for some fresh food and the manager I had talked to had an attitude about it. Very disappointing.

Very busy the employee’s don’t even acknowledge customers who want to pay cash. One gentleman waited 30min to place his order using cash. I don’t know if I’ll come back to this restaurant

Horrible service! I sat in an empty drive through for 5 minutes trying to get service. After taking my order I got to the pay window to find it was messed up. I had to fix my order. When I got home I noticed my large fry was half empty and my special order burgers were made wrong. Finally there was the taste of mold in my large drink. I emailed them and called the customer service options with no avail. I have given them 1 week to reach out to me to discuss the order and they have failed to do so. PLEASE AVOID THIS MCDONALD’S!!!
