On arrival I noticed that the floor felt sticky, the person that took my order was incredibly monotone and stared at me with an uncomfortable glare the entire time I was deciding what to eat. Two meals with milkshakes came out to over $50. Our milkshakes were poorly mixed and mostly just tasted like vanilla ice cream, fries were cold, and our burgers weren’t even warm enough to melt the cheese fully. I usually love Zips as a brand but will not be returning to this location

Was worried cause this one looks rustic, but that just means its amazing like the rest of the Zips locations used to be. Fries were as amazing as I remember, and the kids loved the seasoning on the chicken. Shake was blended properly. The Zips locations up north are all garbage now. Ive missed Zips being this good. Guess you shouldn’t judge a book by its cover.

What a DUMP! I will say that Ive been eating at this store on and off for 30 years! I always hit the drive thru, so I was very disappointed with the inside of this Zips, especially the bathrooms! GROSS! The toilet seat alone is a mess, it is so old and is glued together! Why, when a new one is $10 to $15! Now, I have worked in the food services for 40 years and this is the WORST bathrooms I have ever seen! Carl Karcher, of Carls Jr. had a belief that the bathrooms at a restaurant are a testement to how the rest of the store is kept! Especially the KITCHEN! I can testify that our food was hot and fresh and Ice never had a bad meal here! But, really? Remodel those bathrooms! I dont care if the homeless frequent the store. Your loyal and valuable customers deserve and demand it!

Do not eat at this zips, I have had great experiences with this zips but the dinner I’m eating tonight is where I call it quits. The quality of this zips has gone downhill so quickly and never do I ever get a freshly made burger or fries, you can tell it was premade and left out to sit under the heat lamp. The person working the window was obviously distracted, not very friendly and did not get our order right. They only had one person working the window and the front register during the rush hour, dinner time. The food is awful, the wait was so long and the staff don’t know what they’re doing. But atleast my cherry milkshake was good that’s all I can say is good now, only their ice cream.

The food was good and the service was fast. We got Burgers, Chicken Strips, Tator Tots, Onion Rings and Mozzarella Sticks. I tasted a little of everything and I liked it all. The food came out fast but all of it was hot and fresh. The burgers were a good size and juicy the veggies were nice and fresh too. All of the sides were crispy which I like. The tenders were seasoned really good and also had a good crispness. This is a good fast stop when you want to eat and leave quickly. The place was clean also.

I boughta $16 meal. My soda was flat and tasted like it was watered down. My fries were not even warm, the second fri I tried was still hard like it wasn’t cooked long enough. When I called the manager Lynn, I explained the situation, and I was getting ready to walk into my meeting downtown. That I had just paid for parking, another $15… she was unwilling to replace my fries after I got out of my meeting, and that I would have to go back right now. I only ate 2 fries, didn’t taste the barely warm patty melt and tasted the flat soda. I asked for a full refund. Then she said she would have to call the manager to refund my CASH. Since I didn’t use a debit card. After 8 more minutes I finally got my refund

Very very disappointed! I ordered their 3 PC fish and chips and 5 burgers, no pickle, extra onion from the downtown Spokane location. Their fish “pieces” are more like fish tots. I seriously got 3 pieces that were the size of tater tots. Literally 1 bite each. And my burgers had absolutely nothing on them other than pickles! They were honestly worse than McDonald’s and I despise McDonald’s ! I called and spoke with a manager and she stated there is nothing that can be done without a receipt. Well guess what!?!?!? The receipt was apparently wherever they put the rest of my fish and my onions. Not in the bag!!! I understand needing a receipt for some things but first off, I wasn’t asking for a refund I simply wanted to express my concern, primarily regarding the ‘fish tots’. She said she could not address that issue without a receipt. I explained it never made it in the bag but I had pictures and can show on my bank statement that I just spent over $30 at that specific time (for absolutely inedible burgers and 3 bites of fish). Nothing can be done she exclaimed. Seriously though!!! They were literally fish tots!!!!!

When I saw the piece that I pulled out to eat I thought that it surely was a mistake and that there would be 3 regular sized pieces of fish and that I got an extra teeny tiny one too . Nope! Wrong!
