Always loved Wendy’s as its had one of the best quality standards for fast food but now they replaced the sweet and sour sauce with some nasty chili sauce and its unacceptable. I’m not a big sauce person to begin with, I dont like barbeque, ranch or many other common sauces but looked forward to the sweet and sour sauce. Since Wendy’s no longer has it, they lose in the competition from other fast foods.. I will be resorted to eat McDonalds now 🙁
The food, service and atmosphere do not matter if you cant accommodate basic sauces/condiments for the food offered.
Chicken nuggets without the right sauce is like fries without ketchup, or a burger with no toppings. What’s the point? Might as well not even offer sauces or condiments at all if your going to be too cheap to continue to offer sweet and sour. Why stop there? Just dont offer anything and close down..

Just stopped by traveling back to Michigan, I have to admit it was pretty dang good! We each had the $5 deal, cheeseburger, 4-piece nuggets, fries, and fountain drink. The restaurant was clean and the staff friendly. Very nice place.

Chili is always fresh in this particular branch and the Dave’s burger is freshly made with care- soft buns, moist and just the way a burger should be. Staff are friendly and attentive, place is clean and relatively quiet even during lunch hours and weekends.
We always pass by this branch on our way to Maria Stein. In our family’s opinion, the best Wendy’s branch we have ever been to.

This just in: Did you know Sidney Wendy’s now sells spicy breaded tenderloin??? NOT!
Wendy’s is my go to for a quick lunch because they have the best flavor, but dang I was disappointed this time. Spicy chicken sandwiches are my all time favorite. This time it looks like Wendy’s let this chicken breast get ran over by a dang truck. Twice. I wouldn’t have even let this go out the window to a customer. Although the flavor was there, it is definitely not what they used to serve.

When I order ‘no-salt’ fries I expect to wait for 2-6 minutes for a new batch to cook, but in the meantime, your drink is delivered. I usually get a Frosty instead of a drink and most times have to Macgyver a way to eat the treat while waiting for the fries. Recently the Frosty has been handed over with a spoon and napkin, so my wait time can be enjoyed with a few scoops of a still very cold Frosty. My service cats usually garner much attention from the staff and that can be why many servers forgot to hand over a spoon with the Frosty, but included it in the bag that was delivered curbside when the fries were done.
Today a motorcycle was in the handicap zone in the only van-accessible stall. The yellow striping zone is not a free for all parking area for bikes, but a space for a lift/ramp to allow a wheelchair to get in and out of their van. The manager seemed concerned but the bike was still there after 10 minutes and had been there for longer than 30 minutes, so it must have been an employee. This is not the way to treat your customers.
Great friendly service, they are upgrading their facilities during the Corona-19 shutdown, so I am looking forward to the new interior. I like that they are quick to have someone pull over to wait for a special order (my salt-free fries) and not hold up the line.

I got chili for my grandmother and myself. I got home we started eating it and its practically water. Im very disgusted. Barely anything in it except sauce. Grandma said they watered it down lol. Im disappointed be more cautious of the product you sell the public

Girl at the window has AirPods in not paying attention. Didn’t say a word to me and rudely grabbed/gave my card back. When I pulled up to the window she was complaining about another co worker to someone saying things I shouldn’t be able to hear as a customer.
