I had the Carne Asada burrito, and it was honestly delicious. The first thing that stood out was how great the atmosphere was — very welcoming and comfortable.
The portion size is huge. One burrito was more than enough for two people to share. I went with a group of friends, and I really appreciated how easy it was to split the payment. Everyone could pay separately without any hassle.
These days, especially in places like downtown Seattle, many restaurants have card limits per table, which makes splitting the bill stressful. That wasn’t an issue here at all, even with a larger group, which made the experience much more enjoyable.
Overall, I was very satisfied and would definitely come back.

We have never, ever been disappointed with La Casa Lopez. Fresh, authentic, delicioso! The carne asada is my personal go to fave — unrivaled for flavor and juiciness. The black bean dip is superb.

I ordered my son cheese enchiladas, they weren’t even cooked. Had to send it back. They say tomatoes come with your fajitas, it doesn’t. The drinks tasted flat. Ordered a margarita and tasted like triple sec. My friends meal had a an onion core in her food. The food was just nasty. The cooks need better training. This place used to be good. Overall, wasn’t i pressed.

I thought and hoped it was just a bad day when I went in amd got served brown guacamole and then brought “fresh” brown tinted and sour guacamole; but then my husband and I went for our anniversary and paid $22 for chicken fajitas, my side of rice was dried out and hard, my side of refried beans had clearly sat out or just under the heater for far too long as they were starting to dry on the top and the cheese was crispy….if thats not enough half my lettuce was bad and the portion size of actual fajitas was tiny especially for $22…..we also had horchata which is lOVE but it was super watered down and was 4 for one glass which I asked for light to no ice and had just as much ice as my husbands.
I am just very disappointed, idont know if its gotten new management or what but we used to love La casa and now will probably never go back.

Tried La Casa Lopez when I visited my daughter at U of Idaho for lunch. Neither of us had been there previously and are very glad we came in. I had the Huevos Rancheros and my daughter had an Enchilada without the green sauce. Seriously good! They also have some black bean dip they served with chips and salsa (salsa was also awesome) pre-entree that was fantastic! We’ll definitely be back and you should stop in if your in the area!

I adore this place. I’ve only been in once so far, but the entry beauty had me at hello, then great chips, beans, and salsa!
The authentic decor follows throughout the deceivingly large dining area and comfortable seating. Very beautiful! ..did I say beautiful? Seriously, well done! I’m understating how impressive their interior is. It’s worth going back for alone.
But then their food has the taste to match the amazingly helpful staff and gorgeous theme.
Well played La Casa Lopez, well played! I felt welcome in your house. It was truly a pleasure and I look forward to returning!
