I was hesitant to try this place (hard to imagine a high quality sushi restaurant in North Ridgeville), but I’m so glad I did. We got the chicken and steak hibachi and the portion size was enormous. Enough for two, plus two servings of leftovers afterward. The yum yum sauce is dangerously good. I did find the meat to be heavily peppered, but it wasn’t detrimental to the flavor, at least for me. The jalapeno bombs were a delight, and the spring rolls were still hot and crispy by the time we got them home. All in all I was impressed. I didn’t actually try sushi this time, but I’m looking forward to trying that in the future. Everything was great.

Some of the best Sushi and hibachi ive ever eaten. Staff was super friendly, courteous, and food was out hot and fast! Even the rice and veggies in the hibachi were so cooked to perfection that i didnt need any sauce lol.

Sooo… I’m a big Benihana fan.. but living out in Lorain.. it’s kind of a long drive.. I was craving hibachi though, so decided to try Fuji San. My mom and sister said they loved it so we gave it a try and I’m so happy we did! We both got shrimp and chicken hibachi- you get a nice portion or chicken and shrimp. The veggies were quite large but that was okay with me, I just cut them up. You get zucchini, which is amazing! The sauce they marinate the hibachi in is delicious too without overpowering the dish. The fried rice was also impressive, soft and flavorful! Their yum yum sauce is very light but it complimented the dish so well! 10/10! We also got the shrimp tempura roll and avocado roll, so fresh and tasty! I am craving it again now! Thank you, Fuji San!

Our takeout order was phenomenal. The poke bowl was so flavorful and contained plenty of food. The rice was cooked perfectly and the topping combination was delicious. The salmon tasted very fresh and nearly melted in my mouth. It’s the best poke bowl that I’ve ever tried. The hibachi meal was equally delicious and well worth the money. The amount of food included in the hibachi meal was perfect for two people to split. Our spring rolls were also quite tasty and came with a unique sauce that worked really well with the rolls. We could tell that our food was fresh and packaged with care. Our cold food stayed cold while our hot food stayed hot despite the ten minute drive home. We will definitely be back to try more.

This is the best place for sushi in North Ridgeville. Sushi is super fresh and the prices are reasonable. Employees are also very nice and helpful. Recommend the sushi deluxe or poke bowls.

Great customer service and the sushi was amazing. The order’s visual appearance was well packaged and decorated. Each specialty roll is priced similar to the competition around. I will definitely come back again. This place has other options besides sushi. A must try location. The Fuji San roll and spicy girl roll was well portioned and high quality,(8)pcs each.

Absolutely fantastic sushi! They have a nice selection and clearly take pride in having fresh, high quality fish. Their prices are very reasonable and the staff is very friendly. We will definitely be back soon. Bottom line: this is some of the best sushi anywhere in the Cleveland area.

I’ve been here regularly since discovering this cute little place a few months ago! Very friendly staff, honestly best sushi i’ve had so far and their gyoza is top notch! I also highly recommend trying their miso it’s so yummy! Please check them out it’s so worth it:)
