After a marginal experience a few months ago,we figured a second chance was in order. The facility appeared short staffed as the bartender had to come up and greet us. He directed us to a table at the entrance and we asked for different seating away from an entrance (cold breeze every time doors open). After we are seated, we wait 10-15 minutes when a young polite man comes out for our drink order. He carefully brought our water out. He was exceptionally nice. We wait and After a waitress brings a bill to the booth behind us, she leaves and pays zero attention to us. My wife mentions the waitress is at the table we turned down taking the order of a newly arrived patron. We waited while she chatted it up with the new patron. We decided that the poor service was enough and left. We passed the waitress heading to the exit and she offered a fake “I’m sorry”.

Do not come here expecting unbiased treatment. There is definitely a negative vibe.

I ordered two southwest bowls around 12-1230, they’ve just opened at 11am or so…my food ingredients were completely frozen with ice crystals on it. I don’t even know if the salmon substitutes were fresh or not. $39 for these two bowls and Ive been chasing to get a refund a week later. Im getting the run-around and it just does not take this much to issue a refund or speak to someone solid over being given frozen food. I have never in my life received frozen from any place of business I’ve patronized. Still pushing for my refund a week later, I will never eat here again. This location was 30min from my house, so I didn’t find out until I got home that I had frozen food.

Chx quesadilla was soggy. The new flavored tea was really good and our waitress was really nice but she forgot about us at the very end but we’re patient people so it was fun but the food being bad really made us not want to eat there anymore. and if I do I’ll probably grab an appetizer and a beer and call it a night

Every time I attempt to try give them another chance they mess. Order the sampler trial missing my boneless wings. Asked for extra lime with wonton tacos…..no lime given at all. They dont even try to provide good customer service. They do not care

Fancy like Applebees? More like nasty like Applebees. Crapplebees would be a better name. Hoover location. Very slow to take our order but when they brought out the appetizer the plate and container for the dip looked like it hadn’t even been washed. When they first brought it out the dip around the top was congealed and looked like it had been sitting for hours. It’s almost as if it was something someone else sent back and they tried to re-serve it. It was disgusting. When I looked around we could see other tables sending food back all over the restaurant. If the appetizer was like that what would the rest of the food be like? It made wonder what the sanitation in the back was like. Completely lost our appetite and left.

Placed an order for 4 meals all meals included fries. They gave us one order of fries to share amongst 4 meals. Would not provide a refund and advised us to return back for fries ONLY….. I guess we were gonna run around time for fries. While the remaining food items get cold to drive 25 minutes back and forth for their error. Manager Shan had no compassion and no solutions for resolve. A $100 dinner gone to waste as we had no sided with our meats.

They have a curbside to go spot and they still make you come inside to pick up the order. Then they still proceed to tell you the order is not done yet. They need to fix this
