Sat in line for 25 min just to pay 28$ for the worst fast food I’ve ever seen. The curly frys looked like that had been in the fryer 5 minutes too long. The sandwhiche tasted like they cooked the meat this morning and have left it under a heat lamp till 8pm when I came. Fire the children that work there idc if adults dont apply fire all those kids that obviously dont give a crap about other people’s money and food.

Update 10/17/25: Latenight stop since they were open till midnight. It took longer because they were short staffed but that didn’t effect the food quality. The crew had a great attitude. This time we had the Reubin and the French Dip, both were great but i didn’t take picks sorry. The rest is the previous review.–This was a good stop, especially if your looking for your food to be prepared Keto. I ordered the Reubin and the 1/2 pound Beef as lettuce wraps. Both were very good. Good job for using full lettuce as well. Above all, the service was great. We had a receipt issue but because of the older attendants great attitude, totally not a negative. Good job all around.

This was my first time at an Arby’s ever. I don’t know if there is typically a long wait or not but the wait time was long. Aside from that the staff were very nice and the manager enjoys his job and I as the customer could tell because he had great, upbeat energy even while obviously dealing with issues(whatever was causing the wait). Inside was clean. I ordered a vanilla shake(delicious) and a Rueben(didn’t get to eat it). I will definitely be back

Went in during a slow time and the back of house looked awful with fries all over the floor. Dining room was in atrocious condition and the employees looked at me like I was selling hot air when I walked in nobody came up to take my order or even great me. Worst Arby’s ever

Not normally one to complain, as I worked many fast food jobs as a teenager, including this same Arby’s.. But after waiting for 10 minutes in the drive thru for our chicken strips to cook (which was okay) we expected we would be getting our other food fresh as well. Well we ended up with half full French fries that were super cold, missing one sandwich completely, and the roast beef about made me throw up.. It was the most disturbing thing I have ever seen.. It was thick rubbery and hard. Looked like it had been sitting all day long.. I couldn’t eat it at all.. After spending almost $40 I would expect way more… This was a terrible experience! Very disappointed!

Awful location. I’ve tried to come multiple times because I like the food but every time there is an issue. The mobile orders are never ready and take long waits, employees don’t pay any attention to mobile orders. Most recent visit the dinning room was locked, no signs on the doors to explain or direct, so had to wait in a huge drive through line to pick up mobile order.

Please provide a link that works or a number to call. Several days ago I ordered the Bourbon BBQ sandwich. It was luke warm and looked nothing like what they try to sell you in the advertisement. The service was slow but it seemed if they were understaffed. The fries tasted overcooked. Pretty disappointed as I used to like Arby’s. One pic is mine. Hardly much meat.
