Must have Impractical Jokers working tonight. Not funny. This is how I received my food. What’s worse is this was a free promo item and was delivered this way. I have no idea if this item or others was maliciously tampered with at the store or by the driver.
Told me to call 1-800-TacoBell or “use our app” for a resolution. Person I spoke to on the phone sounded like they were aware an employee was serving bad, inedible, food but didn’t stop it before it went out the door.
I spent a long time placing the order because value was an issue. I feel like not only have I wasted money. But I’m missing a meal because the only way to resolve this issue is digital.
What used to be a good value place for food is now a joke.

Most of the time the food is good. Of course nothing can replace authentic Mexican food, but when you can’t get the real thing taco bell good runner up. Our boys, Cash and Oreo love the cheesy rollups!

I can back 8-30-25 7pm- the lady was real helpful. I will add some stars . Was delicious. Have no idea what is called but I got extra meat lettuce tomatoes the crunchy red things light sour cream and the green sauce no cheese.

This taco bell is extremely inconsistent. I like taco bell but this location makes me want to quit going to taco bell. They frequently mess up my order but I try to be forgiving. This time I ordered the Catina Chicken Bowl and my bowl had no chicken. I’ve worked at a Taco Bell and it’s not that hard.

I’ve given this location several chances, but the service continues to be disappointing. The biggest issue is that they do not listen to customer requests when taking orders. I specifically ask for no sour cream due to personal preference, yet almost every time my food still comes with it. It’s frustrating to spend money on a meal that isn’t prepared the way it was ordered, especially when the request is simple and repeated clearly.

We eat at Taco Bell when time is short and hunger is long. We got our usual, 2 Crunchy Taco Supremes, which are usually very good, but with these, there was a surprise. They were outstanding!! We don’t know what the crew did differently, but they were perhaps the best we have had anywhere in many cities and states. Well Done!!! We’ll see you again soon.
