Writing this review while debating on getting another rib sandwich. I love it more than the mcrib. They also have the blueberry pie out right now. I ordered a coffee but did not get any sugar, creamer or stirrer. This was a mobile order and I asked the young gentleman handing me the order if the sugar was in the bag and he confidently said yes. Additionally, there was no ketchup for the tater tots. I ordered a 2nd side item of grits, but there was no spoon/fork to eat them((I guess I am expected to eat them with my fingers). To recap, I can’t drink my coffee black(no sugar or creamer). There were no condiments added and I was not asked if I wanted any. There was no plasticware at all for either the coffee nor the grits.

Ordered a 30ct box of chicken in advance for Thanksgiving to be ready at 0845am. I got to the drive thru at 0850am on Thanksgiving morning and the manager who I spoke with was very rude and unprofessional. The manager reported that it would be about 20 more minutes and my chicken would be done. Which was false, because I wasn’t able to pick up my chicken until after 10am. And this is all after working a 13 hour shift. If you are looking to order anything from this particular Jacks for Christmas I would strongly advise you to go up the road to the one in Pelham. The chicken i received was also disgusting and tasted as if it was cooked in very old grease. It’s bad enough that I had to wait so long, but to add poor customer service and awful food is absurd.

I don’t expect much from a place like Jack’s. But I will never go back to this location. My burger was cold. Not room temp, but cold. Like they just took it out of a refrigerator. That’s not even as bad as the fries. The fries were not seasoned. At all. Not even salt. Straight out of the fryer into the bag. They had 2 cars in front of me pulled over so I’m sure they felt rushed, but how long does it take to salt the fries? The tea tasted disgusting. Like it was old and had started to turn. Terrible….

First Arby’s and now Jack’s, whether this is a limited time item or not, I think yall should really try this out, it’s worth it
Jacks has a fish sandwich now and it has a couple ingredients like the fish of course, lettuce, and what seems to be ranch or tartar sauce because that is most associated with fish when it comes to sauce.
Service: Nothing too out of the ordinary, came in expecting to get my food relatively quickly and easy There wasn’t that many people inside so it was a good time and I find myself at ease when ordering from the menu.
Atmosphere/Lobby: Different from a lot of Jack’s, the TV seems to be located in an odd location and the bathroom is like on the right side when you first enter (depends on which doors you come through) but for the most part, pretty comfortable.
Food: This is a bit better then Arby’s when it came to their fish counterpart, was immediately hot when I ate it so I decided to let it cool down but I ordered some fries that go along with the sandwich and then some bacon ranchy fries like sort of a messy fries topped with bacon and ranch, you can add ketchup too for more effect, it is best eaten with a fork or you can eat with your hands.
Overall, I kinda forgot this Jacks existed but give it a try! I think every restaurant deserves a good one once in a while.

We’ve been noticing a major decline in the quality of Jack’s BLT sandwiches over the past month but faithfully order 3 sandwiches every Friday.
2 of Our sandwiches have zero bacon the other has a laughable about.
We vote no confidence in an improvement to this going forward.

Check your receipts!! They charge you for things you don’t ask for.
And this is one of the only places you have to check your bag before you leave. They mess up everything
I would like to follow this up with, I went back to the store and they fixed the issues. They gave me my sausage, egg and cheese biscuits that was missing and credited me for the overcharged items.
