As if all those goodies were not enough, it was served with lettuce, sour cream, guacamole and pico de gallo. It easily fed all four of us, with leftovers.

Unfortunately, we didn’t have a good experience at El Azteca. We ordered the carne asada and chicken and chorizo fajitas, but the food did not meet our expectations. The carne asada had an unusual presentation, the meat came in large quantities, was extremely thin, and very simple in flavor.
The guacamole was overly salty. It seemed like it was made in large batches, and everything ended up tasting too salty. We mentioned this to our server and decided to order plain avocado instead.
We were hoping for a better meal, but sadly, it wasn’t the case. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Had a wonderful lunch in between shopping at the outlets. Food was amazing, service was super friendly, and the Drinks were delicious. The owner was nice enough to stop by and say hello to introduce his tequila Bad Hombre. The reposado was delicious! We will be back soon!

I came here for lunch. I ordered the Birria tacos and one beer. My food had nice flavor and my beer was very cold. The servers were all very appeared to be plenty of parking out front, However, this was a Monday. I would imagine this place to be very busy on the weekend. I included some photos.

El Azteca is our neighborhood Mexican place. They have an extensive menu and decent prices. We ordered our meal to go tonight. They don’t have online ordering but they answered the phone quickly and took our order accurately. It was ready to be picked up in the time they stated. The hostess was friendly and quickly retrieved our order. Once we got it home the food was still hot and delicious. Great overall experience.

Went in on an empty Tuesday, decent service from waitress, the drinks, however, were phenomenal. The fajitas we had were mouth-watering. We ordered the chorizo and steak for two, and we will be getting it again! For dessert I highly suggest the churros!!

While on the road this past week, we stopped in at El Azteca in Rehoboth Beach, DE (20672 Coastal Highway) after a long day of errands and doing maintenance on a property. We were greeted by Andrea L, the bartender, and in a word (or two), she was absolutely superb. Our beverages were mixed perfectly and our appetizer, the Drunk Chimi Bites, was top shelf with regards to taste and flavor. We didn’t have time to stay for a full meal but definitely plan to experience the full menu the next time we are in Rehoboth Beach. I strongly recommend the “Jumbo Margarita Azteca.” The taste was absolutely out of this world. If Andrea is your bartender, you’ll definitely enjoy your time at El Azteca in Rehoboth Beach.

This is my favorite restaurant at the beach. It’s more of a locals place, and the prices are wonderful for the incredible quality of the food. I used to love in Colorado, and this is the closest I’ve found to the kind of Mexican food you get in the Western US. The molcajete is hands down the best…. such juicy chicken, tender steak, great cactus, and a really nice sauce. Their salsa is good too, and the margaritas if you drink. Super friendly staff and just such a relaxed fun place!

My family and I had a great meal here. We got the shrimp and scallop fajitas, Chile relllenos, chimichangas, shrimp cocktail and mixed drinks. The virgin mojito is very delicious with lots of mint and the orange crushes were on point. Our server was super friendly and attentive. The shrimp cocktail was so delicious. I also got a Baja wrap burrito and it was so tasty. I would definitely return. My husband said the refried beans were amazing, creamy and flavorful. We will return! It was an amazing meal overall!

The place is nice, crowded. The customer service is usual, because it’s crowded, no one have the time to be super nice, but fully understandable! The food quality was good, but nothing more than usual for for Latino place, nothing special. I asked for their beer, non, sold out. Prices considered less than similar restaurants within the area, quantity pretty fair ! Couldn’t finish any of meals we had. Limited options for kids. Will use some updates. It’s a place that you come if you like more quantities of food !
