I come here from time to time for breakfast. Every time I use the drive through. Today was exceptionally great due to Kevin D. He provided friendly service from beginning to end and helped me get the day started great. He deserves some recognition for his attitude at work and taking his job seriously. Thanks a lot!

Mannnn I went thru the drive thru and fire that Jumbo Jack no cheese, with fries and a grilled chicken sandwich. This place got to have some Angels working because my experience was Heavenly. ( I had to turn my food upside down because I ate half before the photos).

Went through Jack in the box to get some food needed to change the order. Instead of letting me change my order, the larger gentleman with tattoos everywhere working the midnight shift didn’t give me a chance to change what I needed to change and refuse service to me without even hearing me out. I was very polite. He was very rude. Two thumbs down

I was pleased with this location today when I visited. I observed the manager cleaning and dusting the ceiling. I also looked inside the restrooms there well maintained and clean.

My food I orders was fresh and I noticed the fryer had fresh oil for frying.

Just ordered 6 tacos.. and this is how they all look.
Honestly looks like they grabbed tacos from night shift and refried them in dirty oil, and burnt them. So you’re telling me this looked okay to serve? This is not okay, it’s not even worth going back and complaining. But this is ridiculous and not appetizing. Please do better.

This particular Jack in the crack is an example of why people call it by such warm nicknames. I believe this place only stays open cause its never closed unless you come late at night and the drive thru attendent tells you the system is down or some bs, then its closed for some arbitrary time frame. I was once told an hour so i went down the street and they were open but would not respond at the drive thru.
Definitly a meal of last resort.
they have in one way or the other messed up every order I’ve ever gotten not to mention I usually get my order with the coldest service this side of the funeral parlor but don’t blame them , id probably be a grump to if you worked in a shack all day making burgers. I guess the fast service goes with fast food but it’s not ever fast, they made me wait 30 mins on the drive thru last night so I guess by fast service I mean they shove ur food at you throw your change and get you out of their hair but man yiur gonna wait for them fries at 4am.

Went to get 2 munchie meals and when I arrived at the window the lady in the drive-through reminder order off to me and I told her it was wrong she was missing items and she proceeded to give me an attitude about it at which point she slammed the window in my face. Manager came up and tried to make things right. However when I got home my mom found a curly hair in her cheese. I will NOT be going back.
