every time I’ve gone to this Wendy’s and ordered the woman taking the order/ at the window always has an attitude and speaks to people so rude. I wasn’t able to get her name but she’s on the heavier side. I don’t mean to discriminate but she didn’t have a name tag. If she doesn’t like her job tell her to leave or learn to talk to people nicer. It’s not just me. I have coworkers that have gone and all say the same thing.

I went to buy 2 chocolate frosty regular, and they give me with out notice the mint frosty, I’m EXTREMELY ALLERGIC TO MINT. The lady at the window today 12/22/25 at 3:37 pm brunette mid 40s is extremely rude and lacks customer service completely i ordered a combo and was missing my drink then she refused to help me at all even after i showed her what it said in my receipt she just shrugged her shoulders and looked at me with an annoyed face instead of assisting me as a customer representative and clearly looking at the reviews im not the only one who’s had a bad experience with her either

Fast food is relatively expensive, since inflation. I was going to eat something cheaper tonight (11/18/23) but came through anyway. I eat in my car because fast food places smell like toilets. Then the drive thru they play games. Here is the burger dripping with grease. This can’t be an accident. There’s no reason why I should ever come spend my money on this. I ate this burger dripping in grease- It was disgusting. No one should buy this, no one should eat this.
