I paid $116 for a 32-piece family meal from Popeyes, after clearly confirming the food had to be fresh. I waited a long time, only to receive old, dry, and clearly reheated chicken. The quality was terrible and unacceptable.
What made it worse was the service. We called to complain and were told to come back for a refund, but when we returned, they refused to give our money back. This is dishonest and unprofessional.
Bad food, worse customer service, and a complete waste of money. This location does not respect its customers.

How’re yall gonna charge me $40 for a 10 piece meal and serve chicken that has the consistency of shoe leather? You served me OLD chicken that’s stale (the breading) and the meat itself was stringy and nasty! I always go back because I continue to have faith in this establishment but time after time I’m let down. I either don’t get my biscuits, I get the wrong pieces of chicken and now I get leather chicken! Not even sure how you can make this up because frankly, this is probably my last time coming here. As a restaurant manager myself, I pride myself in serving QUALITY food that’s FRESH and TASTY. Yall dropped the ball. I’m not even mad. I’m disappointed

2 days in a row, horrible service. Wrong order in drive thru so had to go inside to correct which used my whole lunch break. Second day I ordered a breast and a biscuit which came out to $4 and some change. I tried to order a second order of the same thing for my friend. The price tripled to $12.00. They said it triples the price to get one more order which I told them makes no sense, so cancel the 2nd order. I added 3 chicken strips to the original breast and biscuit I ordered. They then tried to charge me for sauce that was supposed to come with the 3 piece chicken strips. The drive thru workers are rude and trying to scam. I wont be back.

I was really looking forward to eating here because where live there isn’t a Popeyes and It’s been YEARS since I’ve had any. The drive up teller was inpatient to start, then, I was over charged and didn’t get what I ordered. THEN..the eating experience was just as awful. The quality of food was poor and skimpy for the price. Just an awful all around experience. I’m hope the rest of my mini Vaca goes better the start of it.

I want to preface this with the fact I have worked and currently work in foodservice as well, I understand it’s not glamorous. People are mean and we’re not treated well, but something needs to change.
The food pretty consistently tastes good, I think a lot of people’s complaints should be toward Popeyes as a company and their decisions, not the workers.
However I finally had to leave a review, the first major incident was telling me I needed to wait for my food and to pull around from the drive thru and wait. 10 minute estimate. I didn’t have anywhere I needed to be, I was fine with that. About 20 minutes pass and I go inside and ask on an update and they’d had it sitting up front and threw my bag on the table and seemed so annoyed with me. I wanted to cry a little because I wasn’t trying to inconvenience anyone I juat wanted the food I’d paid for 🙁 I’m fine waiting a long time! I so get it!

Every single time I go to this location, they get my order wrong, and then treat me like a liar when I ask for them to fix it!

Today, I ordered a classic chicken sandwich no pickle add cheese (I get the same thing every time) and when I told them it didn’t have cheese, the manager told me to give the sandwich back again and they replaced it with one that was correct but tiny?? (picture)
I’ll come back when they can get their shit together and have a management team that doesn’t treat people like theyre awful for wanting their food to be correct.

Stopped by Popeyes today and everything was honestly great. We ordered a chicken basket, a couple of chicken sandwiches, and fries — all fresh, hot, and really flavorful. The service was fast and friendly, and the young woman with glasses who helped us was especially kind and efficient. Overall, a really solid experience. We’ll definitely be back.

Every time we come here we have to wait 15 to 20 mins. Tonight we order the 8 piece Chicken only. And again have to wait 20 mins because they only have breasts and wings and Door Dash has priority. So they tell us to pull around and wait they’ll bring out some fresh chicken. So we wait. Get home, open the box. It’s a box of wet soggy, greasy chicken. 4 breasts & 4 legs. Where’s the wings and thighs I had to wait on? I would of rather had the breast and wings. But instead we get a box of Grease. Should of gone to KFC at least there you what you pay for. Someone owes us a Fresh Box of Chicken. Ridiculous!

Don’t waste your time here. One of the supervisors yelled at my teenage daughter for asking a simple question (the bag was marked no pickles or cheese, she didn’t look and went up and said it didn’t have any. The woman snapped it out of her hand, said “yes it does, I made it” then shoved it back towards her). So I went up and addressed it and told her it wasn’t okay to yell at a teenager, she became snotty and said she didn’t do it, even though I watched the whole thing happen. They ignored us for about 5 min before we ordered, acted like we inconvenienced them by interrupting their assembly, then it took an additional 10 min to get our food. I’ll NEVER go back here. Normally I’m not one to call management, but this full grown woman snapped at my teenage daughter for no reason.

I’m very torn writing this review because I have experienced some of the best customer service in my life from the team at this location. At first I was only missing two orders of fries from my order which was disappointing, but after calling they said I could come back at a different time to get the fries I didn’t receive. I was fine enough with that but then what made me completely lose my appetite was finding multiple feathers still attached to one of the wings I ordered. I’m going to the location tomorrow to discuss this but I felt like I had to put out a public warning for people to check their chicken for feathers before consumption.
