Wholly molley! Haven’t been to this location in a minute… IMMEDIATELY reminded why. Wait was about 5 to 10 mins to even be spoken to at the drive thru. Once got some traction you don’t know if you have coke freezes, but pull around? Cool but I have more stuff to order… no mozzarella sticks? All good. I at least need the kids meal I’m actually here for… cheeseburger, cut in half, with halfsies and an apple juice please. Oh, you can’t do that? What part can’t you do? I’ve been flexible thus far, but seriously what’s going on and what do you have???
But when you “Ma’am me with an attitude while reading back the wrong order with impossible instructions… I’m good… there are articles about people peeing in food in upscale restaurants, I do not have time or faith in angry people making food for me and mine. NOPE! Despite the fact I drove to this 24 hr location passing other fast food places after being released from the VA er… there are way too many options out there folks. As I speech to text this review from a McDonald’s drive thru… I urge you all to stay safe and proactive out there!

Stay Away!!! The manager Micheal (thinning hair and neck tattoo with a cross and wings) if that’s his actual name is going to get people sick and he’s completely worthless to run anything. He was overwhelmed with 2 families eating in, he closed the drive thru down at 5pm because he couldn’t deal with serving the counter inside! So I had to get off to get my food and he immediately starts yelling at the customers waiting stating they can’t order for 20 minutes because he’s busy. They still forgot the nuggets, drinks, burgers but I waited and Micheal then gives me raw chicken nuggets even though the employees kept telling him. They were not cooked and he will get people sick serving undercooked chicken and he responded “I don’t care, that’s there problem” and still thru the undercooked chicken in the bag and walked away!

Drove by after work to grab some lunch before heading home. Let’s face it we all had our bad experiences with fast food mostly getting your food wrong. I went through the drive thru and was met by Jackie. She was through on getting exactly what I asked for. Didn’t have my drink preference but she was quick to provide an alternative. Because of her energy and great customer service I decided to take it. What can I say she sold me on her good attitude. Then again she not only took my money but moved to the next window to bring me my order. Don’t know if they had anyone else working that window but she did great through and through. Wanted to write a review so that management recognizes a good employee when they have one. Thank you Jackie for a great experience at Burger King.

I enjoyed my meal at Burger King, especially the Impossible Whopper and the Cheesy Tots. The burger was juicy and flavorful, and the tots were cheesy and crispy. The food was fresh and hot, and the portions were generous.
However, I was very disappointed with the 4 piece chicken fries. They were tiny and dry, and not worth the price. The ads made them look much bigger and better. I felt like I was ripped off by ordering them.
The service was decent, but not very friendly. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with the chicken fries, the staff gave me a dirty look and did not offer any compensation or apology. They could have been more courteous and attentive.
Overall, I would recommend Burger King for their burgers and sides, but not for their chicken fries. They need to improve their quality and customer service. I would give them 4 stars out of 5, but they have room for improvement.

Our burgers were very old.. we asked for fresh fries so they were good. Guess you need to ask for fresh hamburger patties also

Normally I wouldn’t write a bad review because everyone has a bad day but this place just seems like they always have a bad day. The food is usually fine but the service is not good almost every time. This last time I went I order just a burger meal and some mozzarella sticks and put the pictures below of them, they were not even edible.

I always have the worst experience here. Employees are rude food was cold and stale. When I came to the drive thru, waited 7 minutes to order at the speaker they gave us attitude there and at the window , drinks where not filled properly.

Out of all the times I’ve come here 3rd shift (Overnights) has done the best. Any other time, something is usually missing, my order is slapped together, or the staff are very low energy/sometimes snappy.
Everything came out fresh during this visit, the staff are friendly, and it was a very nice experience.

Recently got dentures in, so I can bite and chew again. Ultimate Steakhouse Whopper has been in TV ads, and I finally got to eat one. Delicious.
