Great atmosphere! I dined in the bar, it is a family restaurant with a great looking bar. The service was outstanding and my sirloin cooked just right. If in the neighborhood give this folks a chance to serve you.

Ordered XL tenders and this is what they looked like. Luke warm. Ordered loaded mashed potatoes. Cheese wasn’t even melted. Side of blue cheese almost $2.

I asked for medium rare steak tips and they came to me well done. My chicken tenders feel like they were sitting there for 20 minutes before I even got them. Very dry. The waitress took him back asap. She came back with a new order that was medium well. The chicken was hot and juicy.

Terrible food quality! Burger was WAY undercooked. Fries were soggy and overcooked. Chicken strips tasted like they were fried with seafood. Very poor experience. Other fast casual dining places are way better than the 99.

Ordered takeout tonight with my wife and ordered the 18$ fish and chips with the 3$ up charge for the sweet potato fries.
Is this the standard nowadays? No wonder the world of chain restaurants is dying. Also ordered from less than a mile away and picked up within 10 minutes and everything was ice cold and needed to go in the air dryer to even be palatable.
We’ve always been giant 9s fans. If this is how it is there now, probably the last time you’ll see us. Totally embarrassing.

Didnt Even know this Location was in the area, Glad We Found It and Tried it Out. Girls where very kind and polite. Our server was Great aswell as the Food. Gave you that private feeling like a Underground Gem.

Really surprised about the delicious food. Slightly moldy smell entering it is in a basement, clean and very nice customer service. Appetizers were okay kinda dry. But the main course and scrumptious desert made it a decent stop

Ok so my only complaint was how bad this place smells. Smells so gross. My aunt said last week when they were there too it was the same. Idk why they don’t try to fix it then? But other than that I got the country chicken meal it was good! Also got drinks and we all liked those too!
Edit: Lou the owner reached out and expressed that it’s been an ongoing issue that sometimes it’s worse than others(said like 5% of the time is smells bad 95% of the time it smells good) and they got a couple humidifiers that were worth $3,000 each to try and help with him but there’s no windows downstairs to let in fresh air so it’s kind of hard for them to fully air out the place like they should.
