This place is incredible. I stumbled upon it unintentionally and I ended up coming to eat here both nights I was in town! Their slogan is wicked wings and best burgers… that’s no accident! Phenominal!!! The staff and level of service is exceptional. Clean establishment, COLD beer and great food…. a MUST TRY!

We came here to get some food and family time and relax after a long day at the hospital. This did not happen. 5 tables (12 customers total), 1 server, 1 manager, 1 bartender, 1 host. Took 56 mins to get our 3 cheese burgers a 1 chicken sandwich. Food was cold and flavorless and dry. No refills on drinks. No tables cleared. Customers were walking in and helping themselves to food in the window. The server had no assistance and I am assuming the kitchen didn’t either. Only thing the manger managed was to waste time and destroy patience.

I went to get some dinner, and was very turned off by the lack of hospitality. I sat at a table and was ignored for close to 10 minutes. A server came to cash out a gentleman sitting directly behind me. I watched her closely and she fastidiously avoided eye contact. So I finally was able to wave and get the attention of a waitress who looked like she might be Hispanic, after I saw her lose a table, to another server after she greeted them. When she came over I asked her why I hadn’t been attended to and she told me I hadn’t come through the right door and been seated by a host, and also she saw me talking to the person hosting trivia, the only other Black person in the establishment. Neither of those excuses cut the mustard. I ordered and my bean burger was pretty good, cooked crispy and garnished with nice fresh veggies. But the sweet potato fries were rather lackluster. The waitress seemed to warm up a bit. When I relayed my experience with a friend they said they had heard that Ralphie’s in particular was inhospitable to Black people. I felt a twinge of satisfaction that my feelings weren’t unfounded, but still disappointed at business that engage in this pattern of behavior were still in business. So if you’re Black reading this to be forewarned is to be forearmed.

I want to update my last review… for some reason we can’t leave reviews for every visit…. My last visit I was very disappointed on the serving sizes. While they have definitely been decreased, the sized were about the same as the competitors in the area. Our waitress was very nice and friendly, very attentive. Restaurant was clean, atmosphere was fun. Food was delicious.
The 1st picture is from the visit before when the serving size was tiny. They have since improved. The pretzel bites were a hit! I definitely recommend trying them! The white cheddar Mac and cheese is really good as well!

I love their wings. The chipotle bbq is my favorite sauce there. Cajun ranch is also a favorite of mine. Something about waffle fries just speak to my heart to 9/10 times I get those as well. They have some really good sandwiches as well! Beer is always cold. We go there a lot during football season because they have The Ticket. The servers are really nice to us.

Service was terrible. We had to wait about 15 mins to get drinks by the hostess because the waitress said she didnt have time right now and then waited about another 15 mins for her to come to us. We only saw her twice and that was to take our order and get the bill. The food aspect was 50/50 . Wings was great
Burger was overpriced literally just a burger with a little jam. Waffle fries was just warm.
Overall, I dont think we would be back anytime soon.

Stopped into this place because it was close to my hotel. Had the Ralfie burger and really enjoyed it. Came back the next night and had the German Shepherd hot dog. Best big I ever had! Very creative. Came back the third night and got the Wednesday wing special. Was very surprised to get old fashioned wings with a great hot sauce. Such a nice break from the Frankenwings being served by the big chains these days. Bartender was very nice and attentive. I highly recommend this place. Will definitely come back if I ever get back to Toledo

It was a better experience than I expected to visit Ralphie’s Sports Eatery, I went there for lunch and Suzanne was very friendly and welcoming. They got me the game I wanted on the TV and the burger that I ordered was really good and the prices were very reasonable, I’ll visit again for sure.

our waitress was an older woman, she was incredibly rude from the start. she had an attitude off the bat. im not sure if because my partner is visibly disabled but we left and went to panera next door and had wonderful service and spent less than we would have.
