Place is nice. Our service didn’t do a good job of taking our orders. My husband is allergic to onions and they put onions in his meal. I said something they took the plate back and scraped off the onions and brought the plate back. Took a bite and swung the purple onions on the bottom of the taco. Had to rush him to the hospital. Great service not.

I haven’t been here in years, but I’ve always enjoyed their food and their drinks are always on point! Okay let me update my review now I definitely still enjoy the service They are very nice, however I’ve noticed with my food lately they’re just not seasoning it very well. One of the reasons I go to restaurants that’s not American food is because of the seasonings and I want to be able to taste all of my seasonings and every bite and lately my tacos have been very very bland, however you do get a lot when your tacos but I just haven’t been real happy with who’s ever cooking and seasoning my food.

Asked someone where to go for good Mexican food and was directed to here. The carne asada tacos were made really well. If you want authentic but good tasting tacos go here! The staff were friendly and the environment was clean. If you like traditional pastries they have them here too!

It’s been a while since I’ve been here. So, I called for a take out order and changed my mind upon arriving. I went in, sat down, and ate.
The takeout was ready, but they seamlessly made it to eat in. Very nice folks who work there. Authentic Mexican food and staff !
I had my old, timeless favorite, burrito, taco, beans, and rice. Ah, hit the spot.
Stop in and get some homemade cooking in a festival atmosphere.
Also, there is no monkey grider noise coming from their overhead sound system, just real South of the Border music. You’ll have a great time there ….
The question is, will I return ? Oh yeah, maybe sooner the next go around.

Super friendly staff ready to serve you as soon as you walk through the door. Restaurant and rest rooms were nice and clean. Taking a look at the menu, you’ll see there’s a little bit more than the average Mexican restaurant.I had the chicken taquitos and the wife had steak taco salad. The chips and salsa were fantastic. Would we ever come back here again, heck yeah!

We ordered two grilled chicken quesadillas and two plates of grilled vegetables and we specified broccoli cauliflower and carrots. She came with her order We only had one grilled chicken quesadilla and one plate of vegetables that had peppers an,,squash, broccoli and cauliflower on it and no carrots. We told her that it was wrong and that we would eat that one but we wanted an additional plate of just broccoli cauliflower and carrots like what’s in the Polio Maya. She looked at the menu and said this is what you want and we said yes. She brought The second quesadilla and the vegetables which had the broccol,i cauliflower, carrots but had also had squash and onions as well. They asked if there was anything else we wanted and we said we’d like to have a piece of a lava cake so the guy went back and checked. Our regular waitress came back and was gonna give us the bill but we told her we were getting a piece of lava cake and she said we haven’t had that in a long time. (Even though there’s a picture of it on their napkin holder on each table). It came out and it was dry and tasted stale. We got our bill and it was $66. They charged us $12.99 for each plate of just vegetables. That’s what it would have cost if we would have gotten a whole meal not just a side of vegetables. We questioned it and was told that that was correct. We are very disappointed and we will never eat at that location again! We Have never had that issue at the Arlington location.
