My wife placed an online order for the first time and specifically requested that no onions or anything containing onions be added, as I am allergic to them. However, once the food arrived, it was completely wrong and contained everything we had requested to avoid.
My wife called the store to explain the situation, but all they could do was apologize and say that we needed to return to the store to get a new order made. We explained that we couldn’t drive over there because our car was unavailable due to being in use.
We had placed the order online so that we didn’t have to drive to get food. We also asked for a manager, but they said there wasn’t one available and that they weren’t allowed to tell us the manager’s name or any other information about how to contact them.
They had a lot of guts to just apologize and not make things right. I could have gotten sick or even ended up in the hospital, and that would have been much worse for them. I definitely won’t be ordering from them again.

The food is pretty good but not the best compared to other Roberto’s. The salad bar needed some attention. Both of the salsas were very low, and they only had carrots that were almost gone as well. It’s not the best area to be late at night.

I have a 5 year old trying to use the restroom. Restroom was open and my wife went inside.
They started harassing her knocking the restroom door saying restroom is only for customer. Im Mexican I have spent thousands of dollars for that company in my life in USA. When my girl came out and didn’t buy nothing the lady named Miriam started “cursing” on my girl and my baby for using the restroom and not buying nothing. I was waiting for them in the car and she told me what happened I went back and the lady named Miriam started saying I owe money for using the restroom. That’s a nasty customer service I asked to talk with the manager and said she was the manager. If she is the store manager I would like to talk with a district manager or somebody else I’ll be waiting for a response or I’ll be back in the store looking who u can talk with about the incident.
Time of the incident was 4:30pm 10/31/25 in case cameras need to be checked

The drink machine was out of Horchata. (which disappointed me anyways because I prefer real Horchata when I eat Mexican food!) I made the cashier aware it was out & She had someone from the back come supposedly fix it. Which they did not. I told them again and the said they fixed it again. No point arguing. Food was not fresh & was soggy. Very disappointed

Had a taste for something different si we chose Roberto’s. Ordered a Chickin Chimichanga and a Carna Asada Burrito both were delicious derive was quick. Would reccomend for a quick bite…their open 24 hours by the way.
