UPDATE: The company responded to my review in a timely manner and was very apologetic. My concerns were taken seriously, without making excuses. I was given a full refund. I will give this store another try in the future.
I ordered Thanksgiving food so I could enjoy more of the holiday. I am so disappointed. I paid for curbside pick up. I called when I got there at my scheduled time and was put on hold… for 20 minutes! I had to go inside and wait again in a line. I ordered family size sides. I got not filled plastic containers that will not feed a family. Half of the rolls are stuck together and hard. The biscuits are over baked and hard. I had to go the grocery store and get more food. Now I’m cooking last minute. And I paid $130 for this! The Mac and cheese curdled soup. The first two pics are some of what I ordered … the rest are what I got.

We had great service. The staf took care of our order specifically and made sure we were cared for. There was no wait at 11 am on a Saturday. The wait for the food was just about the right amount of time. Our drinks were regularly filled.
The cinnamon roll was a great choice. banana bread was delicious! The biscuits were the right amount of crispy on the outside and soft warmness in the inside.
Terrell was a funny and attentive waiter. We need more Terrells in this world! Manger staff took great care of our experience too! I heard regular shout outs from the staff behind the service counter – “great job everyone!” “Yes sir, yes ma’am’ ‘ill be with you young man’ Management is definitely building a culture of kindness, respect and hard work!. We will definitely visit again when we are back in the area.

We came in here about 45 minutes before closing and I was worried that we didn’t have enough time, but we still had plenty of time to order and eat! Our waiter, Zack, was very friendly and helpful! The food was good and came out fairly quickly. This was a great place to stop and relax after a long day at Cedar Point!

Was at Sandusky location this evening on February 14, 2026. They only had one waitress scheduled and one that ended up working a double shift. It was at 5:15 pm. The poor waitress tried to hide the stress of working half the dining room. It toke over an hour and half to get our meal. In that time the manager never showed his/her face, didn’t help the waitresses, didn’t come into the dining room not once. I will never go to this location again. The wait staff is not to blame, the very bad management of this location is. Use to love this place, but now I can see this location shutting down, people pay good money and shouldn’t have to deal with this disrespect from management with all the choices of better run restaurants in Sandusky, Ohio.

Husband and I went for breakfast. Sausage was burnt and French toast wasn’t cooked all the way. Husband asked for a refill on his orange juice and waitress never brought it. I ended up asking the young man who was seating people for a refill. He was very nice and helpful! Waitress wasn’t good!

Stopped in here for a wonderful breakfast. The girls were overworked and incredibly understaffed but that did not stop them from doing their best to provide wonderful service and great food. Loved it. Hope these ladies get the recognition they deserve!

Bob Evans is never the place I think of when I want to get food from past experiences. But me and my family thought why not give it another shot! Man did it not disappoint this time! Our server AK was such a delight. Her attentiveness and manners was a breath of fresh air. She was very helpful and my child who doesn’t like anyone was even fond of her. After that visit I will definitely be back, not only for the food but to definitely request AK again!
