I always get the Big breakfeast with Hotcakes with Round Eggs. At other Mcdonald’s i receive 2-3 Round eggs ALWAYS. I mentioned it to the Drive-thru lady and her coworker and said it’s always been one. Why lie? Could have just gotten me my round egos that are missing on my order!!

This is the worse McDonald I have ever had experienced. The manager Amanda should be fired.She is so unprofessional .I purchased a large order and they got my order wrong. Of course they always mess up your order when you go through the drive through because they know you’re not coming back but I came back. I came back to the location and advised them that they got my order wrong and I need them to replace it. I had the bag with the order number and the receipt that had a different number. Clearly showing different order numbers. When I spoke with the manager she was more concerned about returning the food. I explained that I dropped the food off to the kids I bought the food for. She proceeded not to listen or fix the situation or order. I had to drive back to the school and gather the food and bring it back to the McDonald’s again. At this point I decided this was the worse experience and spending over $45 here was not worth it. I asked for a refund and this location because of poor service lost the revenue for the food and the money I spent. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST. There are better locations or just go to Chic fil A .

Customer Service was ok, but the breakfast sandwich I ordered had GREEN eggs that smelled bad almost moldy.
we’ve never experienced that and for my partner to purchase that as his breakfast and not even get to eat the whole thing before work is very upsetting and a waste of money.

I don’t even leave negative reviews because what’s the point but I felt compelled. I ordered a curbside breakfast sandwich. Simple right? After 10 minutes in the curbside lane I realize nobody is coming. There is no one in line inside or outside. They just decided not to bring it. I stand in front of the register where two dead eyed zombie employees are just meandering and getting themselves drinks. They don’t even acknowledge me for 3 minutes I’m right in front of them. Finally I just yell is that my order? To the only bag behind the counter. They hand it to me reluctantly I get in the car and it’s not what ordered. My god McDonald’s get it together. This place and the employees are on another level of low

This has been my favorite location for the last 3 years or so, friendly staff. Sometimes there is an issue with the order, but mistakes happen, and the most important thing is how you handle it and thye take care of things. I usually go inside for pickup or sit down.

If you eat in the dining room prepare yourself for everyone, including 6 MdDonalds workers today, to be yelling into their cell phones or not muting videos. I guess people who grew up with this technology have lost any sense of being rude. I’ll bring headphones next time..sheeesh

I am rarely compelled to give a negative review.
However, I drove through tonight to purchase the limited time Grinch Meal. They were understandably slammed.
The payment window informed me that there was no available receipt. Hmm… OK
I waited patiently in line to reach the hand out window.
They were out of BBQ sauce. Ok. No problem.
I got home: NO GRINCH DILL SALT and cold, unsalted fries.
When I called, first they hung up: I was not rude. I was nearby and would go back.
The second call : They told me, “We ran out of the salt a long time ago.” So, we can’t give it to you if you come back.
What???
How do you sell something that you don’t have????
She said they would give me free fries.
No thank you.
You don’t sell what you DON’T HAVE.

I repeated my order numerous time and he repeated. Get to the window and review the order and it was wrong. The employee was debating the order and ask to speak to a manager. And to my findings it was another employee that did the same debate. I ask numerous time if he was supervisor or manager and he said yes. False. Ask for corporate number and dumv found. Was asked to pull forward and they wound bring out my order. Four cars passed and I walked onto the store and a white female dressed in store uniform appeared after a wait period to give me the order. In the car, open order. Fries old and burger burnt. Just sad. The order was trashed.
