Loving the Bruster’s at all time . My banana split and my own choice of toppings with some extra nuts ofcourse , and my husband’s favorite blast with choco icecream with a nestle crunch . Just perfect for collecting my points to get couples of dollar-off next visit

I’m writing to share a disappointing experience at Bruster’s in Palm Bay today. I typically stop by for a Birthday Cake ice cream cone, but today a male staff member handed me two melted cones. When I politely asked for replacements, he repeated my request, rolled his eyes, and closed the window.
Fortunately, Nicole stepped in and was pleasant and helpful—her professionalism is appreciated.

16 bucks for a “banana split” and “turtle sunday” that looks like this. These were are fall backs after we asked for the “Banana pudding” flavor and the other ‘new’ flavor of the month… both of which they were out of, or ‘we don’t have that’… and no bottled water. Not sure why you put a sign showing your ‘new flavors’ if you aren’t going to have them, but this isn’t the first time we have run into that problem, but it will likely be the last. Thank goodness there are other options.

Busters ice cream is top notch. I love to spoil my family from time to time and Bruster’s is my go to place. Keep up the great work. And thank you for bringing back the oat milk mint chocolate chip. My favorite.

Tonight my daughter who is highly lactose intolerant went to your establishment and ordered herself a scoop of dairy free ice cream and her friend a scoop of regular ice cream. Well whomever prepared didnt not give her dairy free so they paid $10.00 for ice cream my daughter could not even enjoy. Your staff needs to listen better and comprehend that when someone orders dairy free they should not be mixing it with dairy ice cream. So thankful she is smart enough not to consume this but if it were an antifalactic reaction she could have been seriously injured. Do better!!!
