Chris you made my day, I was experiencing a bad day I pulled up to the drive thru and Chris Big smile and energy made me smile. You never know what’s going on in people’s lives and for something as simple as an amazing smile can change the dynamic! The food was good and I can’t leave the female manager out I didn’t get her name when she looked at the drive thru window she had a big smile as well …I love it! Great food Great staff!

There was nothing ready when they opened. I asked for chicken strips, and they said it was going to take 20 minutes because nothing was ready. I’ve been standing here for 35 minutes. Still nothing. They said I could come back at 10:30-11. There was ice melting all over the floor. And the floor was wet by the ice machine. A definite fall hazard. My food should have been fresh if I had waited that long. My fries were hard as a rock and cold. And chicken strips weren’t hot they were warm like they just sat out. (Should have been piping hot if I waited 35 minutes for food. When I got it, it was mushy tenders. Like it was refried look at the color difference.. its refried. The tenders look like nuggets. The biscuits look like flat pieces of cardboard. So I went back and asked for new ones. The next set I got was burnt and hard. Stop trying to refresh the tenders and make fresh. I won’t be back. Also, before you leave, make sure you check your order and food. Not worth the money. And retrying old chicken will make someone sick. Horrible that you can’t enjoy a meal you paid over $14 for.

Doors locked a can’t eat inside ordered 3 wing dinner with fry’s & dirty rice chicken is being dipped 3/4 times over breaded and their using the biscuit flower to flower their wings, wings were old chicken is not being thrown away to make and serve fresh chicken fries over seasoned dirty rice had no sausage pieces in them so I’m guessing they ran out of sausage as well wish I was informed about this before ordering girl at window with glasses & girl boxing the food had attitude. I use to eat here all the time they’ve been short staff for the last 2 months now I won’t be back until they get food people and are serving from the inside it’s a circus going on. Manager did refund me my money but I would have rather just been served my food hot and fresh as I wanted to enjoy my food on my lunch brake

Guy at the drive thru window very rude on 2/5/2026 at 3 pm. I asked for a large Pepsi so he takes it upon himself to tell me we’re out of large Pepsi so I took it down to a medium without even asking if it was okay. Then makes my drink messy so I asked for a napkin he says we’re out of napkins and closes the window. So no large cups no napkins no buns for sandwiches!!! Had to wait 12 minutes for my leg and thigh after being told it’ll just be 5 minutes. I understand all of the mishaps and I don’t even mind waiting but the rudeness is totally uncalled for when spending my money at an establishment.

Terrible service. All the workers have attitudes. They threw my food on the counter the way the the cook drops the order down the chute. The woman greeted me by saying” what can I get for you?” Is the manager ok with that greeting? Is this franchised, so they don’t care about common decency as long as they sell chicken? They said they were making no more sides, not that they were out of them. I was scared to ask for fresher chicken because they were so unaccommodating. Anyone should avoid patronizing this Bojangles. They treat you like crap, not an ounce of professionalism or customer service!!!

This place gave me food poisoning the other day and it was truly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Beyond that this location tends to be really slow for some reason regardless of how many people they have working. Guess that should’ve been the sign to go elsewhere

I walked into this place and sat at the counter waiting to order. After a few minutes of sitting there patiently a young man walked up. I was a little confused but I said Hi how are you, he said hey I’m sorry but the inside is closed. He said we are just doing drivethru right now but the door was open (i walked up so the door was open for a few minutes before I got there) and I checked the time it was around 6pm and it said the inside was suppose to be open. So I said ok and walked out. He didn’t apologize for the inconvenience or anything. Not upset with them closing down the inside before it was time to close the inside it was the customer service afterwards. So i walked back to go pick up my car from the charger and went through the drivethru and my fries were cold and hard like they had been sitting for 10 minutes. I didn’t feel the need to go back but I can honestly say this is not a place I would recommend anyone go to. The customer service is one of the worst i have ever experienced.

We visited this location twice about 2 weeks ago for takeout of breakfast and dinner. The sausage and egg biscuits were excellent. The fried chicken was not fresh tasting. Will try a different location on our next trip.

Zero stars for the guy who was working the window with a curly Afro box and the unprofessional lady manager. First off he handed me my drink leaking out of the cup & drink was definitely going to make a mess on my car. I asked for another one, which I shouldn’t have had to do. I ordered a Cajun sandwich meal and my total was $9.18. I was given a sandwich no fries. I informed the kid I ordered the meal, he said I didn’t. I told him he could run the AI recorder back because I know what I ordered. I show him a receipt of my order from yesturday with the meal 9.73 because he was trying to charge $3 more for fries. The kid at the window states “we’re on a timeline & we can’t sit at the window talking”. Do you think I really want to be hear explaining your error for the 2nd time? Basically ignoring the complaint due to him not actively listening to the order and trying to avoid correcting it. The manager comes to the window with an attitude, very unprofessional as if this wasn’t a simple mistake that could be quickly fixed. She aggressively asks for my order back & yells I’m gonna void the entire order! Yes that’s what needs to be done because it was rung up incorrectly even though she was still trying to have me pay an extra $3 for fries. I suggest corporate create modules and learning activities for customer service for staff & this lady manager because if this was the managers behavior the staff have no real leadership!!!! Please check your orders & hold on to receipts. Rude, lazy, and unprofessional manager. Why would I pay $11.67 for a meal that is $9.73? Why all the anger, frustration, and attitude to correct it YOUR mistake ? Here are the receipts but she kept the incorrect receipt of $9.18
