Ordered a pizza for pickup. It was in rush and didn’t check my order. Unfortunately when I got home it ws way overcooked and was dry with barely any sauce.
I called to speak with a manager. They told me I had to bring the pizza back so they could see it. Welp, I’m not wasting my time and money to come back. I asked for a remake with delivery and offered to send the overcooked pizza back. They said no and to “call corporate”. Overall I had a trifling experience.
I “called corporate” and got a voicemail where I left a message about my experience.
Since I’m not going back, I shared a picture here of the overcooked, dry, hardly any sauce pizza.
This place has gotten so horrible over time and is not the Donatos that I had since they franchised…
I should’ve just ordered Massey’s in the first place. See my “before” (Donatos) “after” (Massey’s)

Update: Got a refund and a nice voicemail from corporate. I appreciate that AND the quality will always be trash so I won’t be back. I only ordered from here because I thought my God kids liked it. Turns out she said the kids Iike Little Caesars. She’s a pre-k teacher and a mom of two under 10. So it’s Massey’s for me and Little Caesars for the kiddos!

I placed an online order for wet barbecue boneless wings, a Big Don Italian sub (no ham), and a medium pizza. Because my previous order was wrong, I even called the store to confirm this time. They assured me everything matched my order.
Unfortunately, when my food arrived, the results were disappointing. The sub was completely burnt (see attached photo), and the wings were nearly dry with barely any sauce on them. I tried calling the store all evening to resolve this, but no one ever answered.
The only positive was the pizza, which was very good. However, given the repeated mistakes, poor quality, and lack of customer service, this will be my last order with Donatos.

I made a order yesterday and it was incorrect. I was sent breadsticks instead of a Big Don sub when I called this location to correct my order I was placed on hold mid sentence without even being asked to be placed on hold. When I called back. There was no answer then eventually they answered and hung up the phone on me and I never received my correct order. Please do not order from this location. They are unprofessional, when I called the next day to speak to the manager I was hung up again and was told that I needed to contact corporate so I will be doing so.

I asked for double meat and cheese with dressing on the side gluten-free automated attendance said it was $12 and change her sub then I get to the store and they’re charging $39 for three subs?? Also the sliding window and aluminum is very dirty, which is a Terrible representation for cleanliness.

This is literally the first time I’m reviewing a restaurant on google because my experience was so bad. I ordered a large half and half pizza, one half hot honey the other half pineapple, almond and cinnamon (since the website doesn’t allow me to do a Hawaiian without ham for some reason on a half and half). When I arrived they said the ticket hadn’t been processed so they would start making it then, which I was a little upset about but not the end of the world. But when I got the food and took it home we found an undercooked pizza that had no pineapples, a bit of cinnamon in the middle and then covered in almonds and ham. My partners half of the box was soaked from the amount of hot honey on the pizza, and it was unappetizing to say the least. $20 down the drain and now we have to get dinner somewhere else. Will not be ordering from here again.

Horrible location, placed an order online in the parking lot of the location when order was ready pulled around. Three employees were located inside the building we patiently waited at the drive thru window not one person acknowledged us. We beeped our horn once incase they didn’t see us still nothing. Delivery driver pulls in tells us to hold we continue to wait. A woman assuming manager proceeds to set the alarm and walks away and all three employees get into their vehicle. HORRIBLE location and even more so terrible customer service.

I ordered on line. Took me 10 minutes to get there. Then it appeared like one of their friends was there because they talked for 15 minutes at drive thru window before moving but no food or money was exchanged. They acted like they couldn’t find my order. Then asked me to pull up by the door where I waited another 10-15 minutes for sub and salad. My sub was COLD so they just ignored me on purpose. It was intentional. I’ll never go back.

Placed an order online through their website. Got an e-mail confirmation. The text I got was that it was being delivered through doordash. Eventually checked the doordash notification and it says “cancelled due to technical issues at the restaurant”. No notice from their e-mail system, my card was definitely charged, so I call the number in the e-mail.
They proceed to pick up, put me on hold for several minutes, then I hear someone answer and immediately hang up. Tried to call again and once again, got placed on hold then hung up on. Finally they just started not even bothering with the hold and just hung up immediately.
Will definitely be calling their corporate number since clearly the local staff are worthless. Wish I’d checked the other reviews before ordering here.

Manager can’t break a $50??? Seriously! Water dispenser doesn’t work?? They tell you anything at the pull up window. Smh. I was just inside the previous day and it worked fine. Customer service needs improvement!
