We ordered the #1 chicken meal with dark meat. It came with beans and Spanish rice. The chicken was cold, dry, and very chewy. My guest had the same thing and of course it was cold, dry, and chewy. Sauces didn’t help either. I loved the music, but we didn’t go there for the music. Someone is not paying attention to quality control. I’ve been to a Taco Cabana in a few locations, but this place really sucked and needs some attention.

This is the 3rd time they have forgotten items on our order, Luis stated they didn’t have a general manager, but I told him that I needed to contact someone he said tim, this was at 6:25 pm on 01/20/2025, this is unacceptable last time they forgot our tortillas salsa and queso for our family fajita meal and the guy wanted to make me pay when I went back 15min later thru drive thru accusing me of lying basically. I’ve been a general manager on food service and worked in food service for 16 years I understand about mistakes but this is literally non stop and the lack of empathy is not ok, fix this please our family loves your food when it’s made right!

Had a great breakfast with family at this location. The restaurant was clean, the food was fresh and tasty, and the staff was friendly. I enjoyed watching the lady make fresh tortillas while we ate our meal. I appreciated that all condiments were readily accessible to guests, and the fresh salsa bar was a fantastic addition on. We would definitely come back.

I’ve come here 4 times and 3 of those times got the wrong thing, I always ask for a chicken salad bowl and they always do beef instead. The woman at the front the 3 times it was wrong was on her phone/distracted a lot. She was sweet but I imagine she wasn’t listening. Other than that good service, clean, nice staff.

This is my go to place for a quick and filling meal. The staff is friendly and caring, and are willing to honor special requests to help with food sensitivities. Homemade tortillas and aguas frescas are always just right, and the salsa bar has both traditional and unique choices. The dining room is always clean and festive!

I ordered cheese quesadilla with chicken. Instead I got chicken and brisket cheese quesadilla. The tortillas was old, and the whole quesadilla was cold. This restaurant advertises that all locations have fresh food made to order including the sides as in quacomole. It’s not true!!! The quacomole that came with my order was black. Definitely will never eat at Taco Crapbana anymore. Their food is terrible!!!

I really like the Posole at TC, so tonight decided to get my wife and I dinner. Without going into a lot of detail of this fiasco, in short I had to give my order 5 times to the kid at the drive thru and every time he got it wrong. I knew he was going to mess it up, when he gave me my order sure enough items were missing. Here’s the crazy part as I was waiting for the rest of my stuff. The owner came walking by the window. I flagged him down and told him my story and his response was let me let you talk to my manager instead so he can handle it.

Tonight we ordered 2 orders of large menudo and extra tortillas. They only charged us one order and we had to tell them at the window that we had 2 orders. It was corrected. When we got home, there was ONLY 6 pieces of meat in each bowl NO posole at all just broth!!!
Not only to mention when we called to complain, a young man picked up, we asked to speak to management and he responded rudely “of course I am” and I responded well just say I am the manager not “of course I am” he proceeded to ask how can we be helped after we had told him about the issue he said he would refund us. This place literally is the worst, this isn’t the first time it has happened. Management, employees, need work in customer service!!!!
Braxton is the male that was acting condescendingly rude over the phone! Please train these employees.

I really like Taco Cabana. Sometimes the portion sizes are hit or miss, which would be helpful to have consistent. Lately they’ve been smaller with quite an increase in prices. But, overall I highly recommend it here. The red chile is the best. Lots of indoor seating. Lots of parking. Family friendly. Budget friendly. They have a self serve salsa bar with salsas, lemon , lime , cilantro and red and green chile, onion and pico de gallo and more! Bottled beer and margaritas too.
