I could not find the store #, for sonic in jacksonville, Ar. on north 1st street, on my ticket, so here goes this.

Good service, sonic got my order right. Very good burger # 3. Got my food just the way I wanted it. Man on the enter com was very friendly & helpful. Strawberry shake always good.

I literally waited 10 min for a drink and never got it. I ordered online waited about 5 min thn buzzed in told thm I had an online order the reply bk was I’m by myself and will b out shortly well shortly never came. I buzzed bk in to no answer so I drove off. This is always the case with this Sonic and noone should have to drive to the other side of town (Main St.) for better services. This Sonic needs to do better with having staff because their always short handed and do better coming out in a timely manner. Guess (Main St.) will b my first choice they never disappoint and food is so much fresher and service more promptly. Only reason I went to 1st St is because I was already over there but I’ll burn my gas for top service…….goodbye.

I went around 930/10 am on Sunday ordered a toaster, burrito, and wacky pack kids cheeseburger meal. First the lady Ashley answered the speaker so rudely. Then once home I realized that my toaster was cold. The burger and tots in the wacky pack was burnt. I returned to the location to see if I could have my food remade correctly. Ashley response was that I had too many complaints and that their food is cooked fresh every order and she will just do a refund and I can go somewhere else. I have never encountered someone so rude and since the store manager “Payton” was unavailable today I really hope they see this and correct Ashley attitude towards customers. This is not the first time I have seen Ashley be rude at this location just the first time I have experienced it first hand.

I was waiting for my sweat tea for 20 minutes so I called and asked what I was waiting for and if everything was ok. And the girl on the phone sat there and gave me attitude. But I didn’t say anything because I’ve worked at fast food and understand it can be stressful. But once I got my sweet tea and my little 4 year old brothers I tried it. It had the texture of sand. It wasn’t even a liquid and I’m glad I notice because my brothers was the same way he could of chocked on it so it scared me and I called up letting them know the first person I talk to just threw the phone to someone else and the second person was nice and asked if I wanted to come back for another one I said no because I really don’t trust them. I felt like they put my little brother in danger by having it so thick that he could have chocked on it. If it was just my drink I honestly wouldn’t of cared but they put my brother in danger and didn’t even really care so I will not be coming back and I would like to talk the district manager about it because I’m pretty sure I know who did it.

I would really like to give Sonic a good rating but in all honesty that would be dishonest. You pay a good price for the food II expect good food and service, that I did not get.the good thing is the were courteous and one i drove back they gave me the rest of the order.we called in ahead of time to. One bun was burned and left out my daughter’s kids meal. Ill go back but I’ll watch what they give me before I drive home.

Zero accountability, manager will argue with you even though you literally have the wrong order in front of you, no actual customer service, IF YOU HAVE ANY FOOD ALLERGIES AVOIVD AT ALL COST. First and last time at this location. If you want sonic that bad go to ANY other location, just NOT this one. I hope the people that work here realize they have a choice to work where they want, they do not have to work a job they hate that much.

Tonight was the worst sonic experience I think I’ve ever had. Ordered 2 smasher burger combos. Both were to made different and they both were made regular and meat was pieced together and burnt. The tots were cold. I waited over 10 minutes after I ordered just to receive food I put in the trash. No need to go back and argue with a bunch of kids and a manager that also seemed uninterested in getting orders out. Definitely will not choose this location ever again.

I have very mixed emotions about this sonic. When using my app, it’s like they never see it and I’m ALWAYS waiting at least 5 to 10 minutes after I arrive. And the piece is lettuce, let me tell ya bout mean joe green, he was ah chunk Just because it’s called iceberg lettuce, doesn’t mean for it the piece to be as big as an iceberg, c’mon mayne, dang.

I placed an order for a drink and a water at 1140. It was supposed to be ready at 1146. I checked at 1152 and they said it was on the way. Mind you there were only 2 cars besides mine. It finally came out at 1156 and it was wrong. Like completely wrong. It is now 12 and I am finally leaving. I still don’t think that the order is correct, but I guess I will just deal with it. Twenty minutes for two drinks (one being water) is asinine. I will add that the carhop was amazing though.
