I’m so tired of Taco Bell and if anybody else asks me to round up, I’m not even going to pay, I’m just going to go somewhere else! You constantly take items off of the menu that most people like, and every time I order they don’t listen I don’t know if everyone’s ears are full of wax or what is happening but I said, 3 times a Pepsi, and they try to hand me a Mountain Dew. How is that even close to what I said? That just means you were not istening. I understand that that job is very simple and I do understand there’s not a lot of smart people , but really?

Im out side the restaurante now. I bought a Crunchwrap supreme, three tacos, and One and cheese burrito. I am so disappointed of the food here . I ask for chicken on my burrito I just get like 3 or 4 little pieces of it. And on my Crunchwrap I never found the meat. I was passing by and it’s been a while since I have one . And I decided to give Taco Bell an opportunity. But ewww super disappointed ☹️

Had food ordered at 9:00. All the food was shoved in a small bag. Both drinks overly watered down. Forgot my gordita crunch and gave me a stale crunchy taco that had been left out and cold. The soft taco lettuce was super greasy. Rest of the food was mushy, thrown together. None of the food was good or hot.

Well… I hardly know where to start the decline in restaurants is very sad when you go out to eat we are at the mercy of underpaid and overworked employees but surely the care for the food you feed your customers could be better. I almost always have more lettuce in my soft tacos then meat or anything. Sadly today tho the one thing that is almsot always fresh where ever u go is the fries. Well not this time or the last time. Unfortunately. Managers should be paying more attention to items in slow times. Specially to items that get mass made in rushes. So should longer term employees but fries that was so cold and hard damn near broke a tooth and thats a large In the picture with only 2 fries missing for damn near 4 dollars. That is sad.

So we ordered from DoorDash and wth. First the dude left the order so close to the door, we couldn’t even open the door bc it would’ve knocked the food and drinks over so someone had to go out the back and around to the front. My Mexican Pizza was crushed. The chicken Nuggets were disgusting, burnt, definitely not fresh. The food got to us quickly so I’m unsure why everything was so cold.

I don’t crave Taco Bell very often, but when I do- I don’t usually come away dissatisfied. Taco Bell has fast food Mexican down to a science. I bought the Deluxe cravings box- which consisted of Steak chalupa supreme- Nacho cheese Doritos taco- Beefy 5 layer burrito and chips & nacho cheese sauce. All of these items were hot, fresh and delicious.

This is one of the worst taco bells in the city. Orders are always wrong and food is always made sloppy. They skimp your meat and give you lettuce tacos. Also Barely any meat in the crunchwrap, even after paying extra dollar to substitute for cantina slow roasted chicken. The employees here are incompetent.

This has been the best run taco bell I’ve been to hands down. The staff are friendly, the food comes out quick, and in my personal experience they’ve never gotten my order wrong. Sure it’s not perfect by any means but it’s just fast food, people expecting a perfect experience Everytime don’t understand that.
