On Saturday, December 6, 2025 at 11:54pm, my husband and I were at the drive-thru waiting on an order. I suddenly witnessed a young girl with long, dark hair start to vape after preparing our drinks??!! She then passed two vape containers to a curly-haired male employee. He tried to hide them near his shirt as he walked near the back of the store. These practices are unacceptable and unsanitary and a good way to pass germs and/or diseases. If you have indoor cameras, you should be able to go back and look at the footage of the time that I specified. They showed no concern that there were customers waiting and possibly watching them prepare our order. I hope that these 2 employees will be corrected for their evil deeds or otherwise, you will lose customers! As I read other people’s reviews and the owner’s common reply (it seems like the owner is leaving the SAME response for each review), it appears that the complaints are being ignored. I do hope that my review is taken seriously and a proper investigation is done by the store manager and/or owner. Please note that this review has been posted for over a week and there has been no reply from the owner. I am not sure what type of shady business this owner is running but DHEC needs to be notified.

Please do not eat here. I ate here for my lunch and after drinking my Strawberry limeade. I found some type of insect in my drink while trying to get the strawberries like I always do. I called back to the store to let them know what happened. The manager responded “We didn’t have anything flying around today. Do you want us to make it over.” They were very uncaring and unhelpful. I will never eat there again. And trying to figure out what else I can do because they need to be closed down.

Went thru drive thru a young gentleman not in Sonic Uniform not even a hat r name tag on proceeds to get from car n front of me take n and scan bring back then proceeded to me doing same thing. I ask for my receipt the lady had to gʻ n trash to find it. Likfirst of all I need my receipt 2nd where’s your Uniform sir? Ordered a triple smash burger on the app for pick up at 0845.
Got there they did not have the order. App messed it up (or I did somehow ).
But the person made it right and fast.
They were super nice, professional and fast.
Plus I believe that was the best burger I’ve had anywhere in

I’m running around with a food information monster. Poor guy that took our order got crazy questions and had to politely ask for a moment twice to get answers. We got those Answers Bravo Dude! Trying the ultimate cheese steak with our Favorite Blasts. I’m going to update the review with pictures of food and mention the food shortly! The ultimate cheese steaks were awesome!

Haven’t been to sonic in years. The hamburgers are half the size they where, fries where also way smaller in physical size. No real flavor anymore. Got a large milkshake that 1/4 of it was the whipped cream. All in all, very disappointed. Spent right at 30.00 for 12.00 worth of food. Very unfortunate.

Started by parking in a space and was told by them it was drive through only as they were delivering to a car in next bay. Forgot 2 item of my order and the items that I received were burnt to a crisp and tomato was soiled.
