… the chicken bacon egg & cheese biscuit was rich and buttery, very tasty but I was disappointed in the tiny little hash brown that came with it.
You really need about 2 of those little triangles, at least, to enjoy with your biscuit.
The ice coffee is litERRally flavored coffee with ice so don’t expect Starbees! Plus you have to mix it up yourself (with cream and sugar… try dissolving that in the cold coffee with ice cubes …yeahh no!) Disheartening.
Lastly, I also had the cinnamon roll which has this biscuit type vibe covered with cinnamon sugar and icing.
I enjoyed the food overall. Give them a try, breakfast is important!!! The customer service was pleasant and the food came out pretty quickly.
I will admit sometimes it hit or miss with the customer service but all in all the food absolves them of any of that, this isn’t exactly a place with a dining area atmosphere.
It’s a pop in and out fast food joint.
We ordered the chicken egg and cheese biscuit, hashbrowns, bad grandpa and cinnamon rolls. All were good portion sizes and pricing. Sweet tea was Great!
We try to eat a little more on the lower sodium side so if you are monitoring that as well, be careful! Not salty but definitely salted.
The person on the microphone was extremely rude and condescending. I politely asked about menu options for someone who does not eat pork, and instead of being helpful, they gave very short, dismissive answers and made me feel like an inconvenience. There was no line at the time, so there was no reason for the lack of patience or attitude.
I was surprised to learn that their breakfast menu offers virtually no non-pork options. On top of that, their hamburger is not 100% beef—it contains soy—and they do not offer an all-beef hot dog. Everything is mixed meat, which was not clearly communicated.
Overall, the poor customer service combined with the very limited menu options made this a very unpleasant experience. Needless to say, I will not be returning. I wanted to share my experience so others are aware before visiting, especially if you have dietary restrictions or expect friendly, helpful service.
